I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Same experiences as others. Still waiting for the garland hanger after more than 30 days. No response from customer service, no package, no nothing. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They shouldn't be allowed to advertise. It's a scam ... don't risk it.

I ordered some stocking hangers on Nov 16. On thier website they say items should arrive in 7-14 working days. So with that in mind the items should have been in my hands no later than Dec 5th. They didnt even leave China until the 12th. Their customer support has been non-existent. I have reached out several times trying ot discover when i should receive my items and they have not been able ot update as they rely on their shipping company which does not do regular or real time updates.They say they're a British company, but everything ships out of China and their facebook page seems suspect. At this point I'm pretty sure I'm out the money and the site is a scam.

Never received my order. Saw on Instagram, fell for it. Used a C clamp from Lowe’s when this never arrived. Do NOT buy, avoid at all costs!

I had a terrible experience with beforehatched.com. I ordered 6 stocking hangers for $135, but my account was charged $155, and it took 30 days to arrive. When the package finally came, it was EMPTY.

During the delay, I emailed multiple times asking for updates, but they only provided automated responses saying the package was "in transit." When I asked to cancel, they refused.

Terrible customer service, ridiculous delays with no notice of said delays, and no accountability. Save your time and money-shop elsewhere.

Wow they suckered me!! Starting my cancel with my credit card. Hopefully get my money back.

Update — Well, as luck would have it, the order was delivered today. BUT, still have problems. First, the pieces are nearly as well-constructed as the website pictures make them appear. Second, the website description clearly states several times that they will fit a fireplace mantle up to 8.5 inches thick. That is just plain wrong and misleading. The included extended-size rod would maybe go around a 6-inch mantle, but that's it. (I have a picture with a tape measure to prove it, but can't seem to upload it.) And that makes them completely useless to me, as I have a stone mantle that is 8 inches thick (hence, my excitement when I saw all the references to fitting a mantle up to 8.5 inches thick). So, still be aware — Lengthy shipping, and then not as advertised. Lesson learned here.

I ordered Christmas stocking hangers for the mantle on November 10. (Order noted "Express Shipping.") Have been getting periodic "tracking" emails for about a month now talking about clearing customs in Ireland and US. Now, it is "in transit in the United States" and has been for about a week. I am pessimistic that they will arrive for this Christmas. May never see them at all. Frustrating experience.

Buyer beware! They advertised mantel hangers on Instagram. I stupidly bit. This was the first part of November. I have still not received package. I have asked them to cancel order and or refund my purchase of over $80. I never write reviews. Do not purchase from them!

I ordered on 11/19. It is now 12/12 and they keep sending me notifications that the product was detained in customs in the Netherlands, but when I click all the way through I can see it’s never left China.

I have been waiting for over 30 days for an item I ordered. Updates periodically but no way to really track the item. I contacted the company and was told to be patient!! Will never order from them again and recommend that no one order from them. Still waiting and have no idea where it is.

I’m not using the words quirky or intriguing, so take this review as someone not paid or a robot to write a review. This company over charged for the product I ordered. They even denied this through their customer service, despite being provided proof. On top of all that, they have been stringing me along with the shipment tracking information. I get bogus updates every three days just to provide some level of false hope. The most recent status has said it’s entered customs in the US, but probably hasn’t and will likely receive status in 3 days saying it’s entered customs somewhere else. Also, I’m starting to get status from a couple different shippers, so it’s getting a lot more intriguing everyday.

Got this quirky mix of a peanut sheller and sound pad. Affordable, solid quality, and simple design. Packaging was neat, but instructions could be clearer. A surprising addition to the home that serves its purpose well. Maybe improve durability for future versions.

I found this gadget quite amusing and practical for multitasking with a hint of humor.

I recently bought this innovative gadget which arrived in about two weeks. Although the price was quite reasonable, the packaging felt a bit flimsy. Nonetheless, it gets the job done effectively and efficiently.

If i could give them a zero i would. they charged my paypal account 30% more than the amount in my cart. They are unresponsive. I had to open an investigation with paypal

Their telephone number does not work. They do not respond. They will never send the merchandise. They are absolutely horrible.
