Please don't by from this company

I bouth table from this company, I have really bad experience, no table, no refund monay. Delivery was late, after they promis it's comming, Friday, after Monday, when I track order website wasn't existed, they explained website it's updated, they lying everything, about delivery, about website... I wait one months and no table no money. They promise it's comming befaure Christmas.They change no website for another one, just please be careful don't by from them. I spoke this morning with them I been told my table it's damage, what's its absolutely not true, I ask for my refund, they told me just go to bank and ask for refund.
I open case, I have all email, all message from them, I hope they find them soon and stop them take money from customers.

Disappointing

It was disappointing that we had ordered a marble black table to be later told it was out of stock despite being given a delivery date. It would be better to look into the efficiency of this process to ensure a smoother service in the future. They did refund the money immediately back so we did appreciate that. We wish that the company looks into the efficacy of these processes in the future.

Fantastic team from start to finish

Fantastic team from start to finish. I had some questions & concerns buying expensive furniture at a distance, but they answered quickly & helpfully each time. Delivery (once I got the tracking details) was effortless & the guys were lovely, chatty & efficient, despite me living 5 hours away. The quality of everything was beautiful, so so pleased. Would definitely buy something from Belmont & DI Designs again.

Spend your hard earned money with a professional legitimate company.

After a bit of a shaky start with Belmont, some small issues with keeping me updated on my order once the furniture was delivered I have to say it was beautiful. It’s exactly what I ordered and looks even better than it does in the pictures. The delivery team worked hard to get the very heavy marble table into my home and took great care and consideration when doing so. Upon delivery I had a small issue with one of the chair legs. I contacted Belmont to let them know and a new leg was delivered to me within a couple of days. A great service was provided and a very happy and satisfied customer. Thank you Belmont.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a table and chairs 2 months ago I was advised 7 to 10 days delivery 18 calls 4 emails later I was promised so many times it was with the courier they could not give the name of the courier or tracking number they said they would chase up nothing happened after me calling yet again they said they have instructed another courier and it would be delivered yesterday after text and calls confirming this i get a call yesterday to say they can't deliver until Thursday countless times I have told them I'm at work! Also they do like to put the phone down on you. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY THERE INCOMPETENT RUDE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER

We really tried multiple times to arrange a convenient day, calling and coordinating with couriers, but as you mentioned, you’re only available one day per week. With such limited availability, it was extremely difficult to find a slot that worked.

Black marble table

Great service was kept well up to date on my order. Customer service very good did exactly what they said they would. Was kept well up to date on delivery and delivery driver was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend Belmont interiors my table it lovely will definitely do business with this company again.

I brought a table and chairs and a sofa…

I brought a table and chairs and a sofa off this site for 2241 the table and chairs have come they have sent me 2 left handed sofas over 3 weeks ago now and all I keep getting is it’s coming next Friday then nothing still I have 2 left handed sofas each time the manager calls me back it’s definitely coming this week then another week I will update you on the sofa

Dont order from this company

Ordered a coffee table which was damaged, the table was replaced and this was also damaged. They would not accept this and were rude on the phone and demanding I return the table at a cost to me.
Don't order from me as it is a SCAM!!!!!

The worst customer service and rudest…

The worst customer service and rudest man!!! Do not use this company. Images of the products online differ to what is sent. I returned items and had agreed on a full refund minus the delivery costs and they only refunded 80% of the item cost due to 'restocking' fee which we had discussed on WhatsApp message to say that we should not pay this 'restocking' fee and they agreed and then went back on there word and telling me I am wrong. The guy was so rude and I will never be buying from them again and suggest no one else does either.

Avoid this company they scammed!!!!!!

I had a terrible experience with them
I ordered a white dinning table from them but when it was delivered it turned out that a table is grey no white and when I reported it I was told that this is the colour and if I want to send it back I have to pay £180. I need to add that nowhere in the description or on the picture was any information that this table is in grey colour.
After a long negotiation with Paul, Adam and Fiona we agreed that I would order another table and I will pay the price difference plus £100 for picking up the first table.
I waited for a new table for two months when they called me that the table is out of stock now and it might be available in two weeks but they don’t know.Also they suggest that it would be better for me to cancel the order, which I did. But they cheated me and did not refund me the difference that I paid for the second table.
Summary of this situation was I been left without a table and without £190, when I wanted to contact them I get a reply that I should stop writing because everything had already been said.

I called this company over a week ago…

I called this company over a week ago to order a coffee table .The service I received was a amazing. So professional .They got it out to me in a few days .also the company they use to deliver kept in touch constantly letting me know when to expect it. Five star rating indeed .I highly recommend them I will certainly be buying from them again.Thank you so much.

Had a table delivered today and just wanted to say how impressed I am with the delivery service. My courier Andy couldn't of been more helpful, I have panicked all day about how I would get it in my house and he made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you for great customer service

The team was great!!!Excellent customer service. They reply promptly to all queries. I asked for mink gold chairs of a certain shape and quality and they sent me exactly what was displayed in the picture. The bedroom pieces I bought were of the greatest quality. Thank you very much!! I am pleased and will buy again from Belmont.

Goods are not per image on Website

I recently ordered 2 Knightsbridge Black French Velvet Knocker Back Dining Chairs as per the image on the sellers website what I received did not look like the image on the website and did not match my current dining chairs, Belmont Interiors are refusing to acknowledge they have sent me the incorrect chairs despite images proving so, please be very careful when buying goods from here unfortunately I am unable to upload images here to prove this to you
If it wasn’t for this I would of gone on to purchase a further 4 replacement chairs from them as the delivery was really quick and the price was good

You requested a partial discount to keep the chairs, but we declined this as the items sent were correct. However, we did offer to accept a return and refund the full amount if you were unhappy with your purchase. As a goodwill gesture, we also asked how much of a discount you were seeking to try to resolve the matter amicably, but we did not receive a response from you.
