Great experience! Highly recommend
I booked a 5 day tour of Hanoi with Moon at BestPrice Travel and would highly recommend her services! She was very responsive and professional and the booking was done efficiently. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience - it was memorable, well-organized, and service was excellent. The overnight Ha Long Bay cruise was definitely a highlight of our trip, as it was surreal to experience the sunset and sunrise aboard the Mon Cheri cruise.

20 days in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos

People make the difference -incredible Emperor Cruise Ha-Long Bay
I found myself in Vietnam booking for 3 people Emperor Cruise in Ha long bay. It was really on a 1 day notice and we were in Nihn Binh. I book on Best price travel on the run, with "we'll figure things out approach". Then Janet, from Best Price Travel, texts me on what's app and I found whatever everyone needs: fast communication, understanding, kindness and even patience on some side enquiry to guide us on our broader trip. We could arrange transports from Ninh Bihn and then to Hanoi, and grant overall best experience (I could also provide feedbacks to Emperor Cruise to get their experience to another level, on par with the beautiful imperial wooden boat with Vietnamese sails). All worked out perfectly, but Janet empathy made the difference! Will call you back next time I am in Vietnam!

I got in touch with Best Price in early May 2025 to book a Mekong Cruise from 2 - 9 October 2025. From the start Janet was very helpful and understanding. Perfect Mekong River Cruise
My wife and I booked a one-week downstream cruise from Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh City, plus excursions to Angkor and Cu Chi. The entire experience was absolutely first class. Rosie from Best Travel always answered quickly and to the point, always friendly, always solution oriented. All the guides contacted us via What's App one day before so we always had the right contacts and could ask all relevant questions in advance. Even when our original cruise (upstream) got cancelled by the cruise company Rosie was very swift in finding an alternative solution that suited our schedule, and she got us some nice extras. In the end we sailed on The Jahan which in my view is by far the nicest ship on this part of the Mekong. Just imagine a ship like in 'Death on the Nile'. Perfect cabins, perfect crew, perfect food and two excursions per day all included. We have done many cruises but this one was head and shoulderd above the rest. The excursions to Angkor and Cu Chi were also perfectly organized with clean and comfortable buses and very knowledgeable friendly guides. . Also booking, payments and the reimbursements from the canceĺled cruise all worked flawlessly.
All in all I highly recommend Best Travel and Rosie

Exceptional Planning by Rosie: A Seamless 18-Day Vietnam Adventure
I was initially a bit hesitant about booking a trip from the UK through a travel agent in Hanoi, Vietnam, but Best Price Travel came highly recommended by a friend who did a similar trip last year. I decided to go for the “Deep Insight Soft Adventure” tour, which was an 18-day journey.
From the very beginning, I communicated with Rosie Nhung Nguyen, and I have to say, she was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She replied to my emails within the hour, even outside of office hours. I made some changes to the standard itinerary, adding a few extra activities, and Rosie was more than happy to accommodate all my requests. I also celebrated my 30th wedding anniversary during the trip, and Rosie went the extra mile by arranging a room upgrade and a bottle of wine. It’s clear that this company is flexible and truly cares about making your experience special.
The accommodations were all top-notch, handpicked by Rosie. I had no complaints about any of the hotels or the food. This was my first time on an organised tour, and it was just me and my wife. We only had to show up at the hotel reception at the agreed-upon time, and the tour guide took care of everything else — from tickets to meals. At the end of each activity, the guide would call a taxi to pick us up, and we’d be handed ice-cold water and refreshing face towels. The tour guides spoke excellent English and shared tons of interesting information about Vietnam’s history and culture.
Over the 18 days, we traveled like a relay baton being passed between guides and drivers. We started in the north and made our way to the south, covering over 1,100 miles. Along the way, we had six different guides, six different taxis, one overnight train ride, a cruise, and two internal flights. Thanks to Rosie’s incredible attention to detail and planning, everything went like clockwork. We never missed a connection or an activity — every “runner” was exactly where they needed to be at the right time. I’m still amazed at how flawlessly everything came together.
Having a local travel agent was a huge plus. With no time zone difference, I knew that if there was any issue (which there wasn’t), Rosie would be available to help immediately — a far cry from dealing with the usual 6-hour time difference when booking through agents overseas.
I highly recommend the 18-day tour, as it offers a deep dive into the culture and people of Vietnam. I just wish Rosie could arrange tours in other countries for me too!

Very difficult to deal with
Very difficult to deal with, initially they were great until they got money, called numerous times to get tickets issued were continually told they would be issued in next 48 hours, also tried to call and speak to James (agent) but kept getting run around. They also have their business address in Wellington NSW but having driven past there it doesn't exist. We have ended up placing a dispute and will pay the little extra to book directly with Qantas. Stay well clear of these guys.
