I was looking at booking a 3 day 2 night cruise to Ha Long and Lan Ha Bay and needed a little help navigating the best boat/cabin/itinerary to suit our needs. Zoe from BestPrice Travel contacted me and helped me with the whole process. Despite the 6 hour time difference and my many questions, she helped us find the best cruise and itinerary for our family and organised a transfer to and from our hotel in Hanoi. We booked a boat tour (3D2N) with Peony Cruise incl. transfer from Hanoi/ to Ninh Binh with bestpricetravel and also a sightseeing flight over Ha Long Bay by seaplane, which took place before the boat tour. The information on the bestpricetravel website was very helpful in choosing the right boat tour for us. Everything on the Peony boat met our expectations: great cabins, beautiful sun deck, outstanding food and excellent, very attentive and friendly service. The organisation, process and communication during the trip with bestpricetravel was flawless. Before and during the tour, we had a great contact person in Mia Nguyen, who took care of everything, was immediately on hand to answer any questions and proactively asked questions. We felt very well looked after - thank you Mia!

We recently returned from a wonderful 7 day tour of Northern Vietnam professionally arranged by Janet Tran, who not only recommended this particular tour but also personally stayed in touch with us throughout the tour to make sure everything was as expected.
Our tour itself was hosted by Tom (Tung) who did a tremendous job of explaining the highlights and making sure we were well fed!
Talking about highlights, it's hard to beat Ha Long Bay, but Ninh Binh comes close.

Absolutely thrilled with the experience we had booking through Mỹ Uyên at BestPrice Travel. We reached out pretty last-minute from Australia looking to book a 2-day, 1-night cruise in Ha Long Bay, and despite the time difference and short notice, she came through brilliantly. Her communication was clear, prompt (even with the timezone lag), and incredibly helpful. She made what could’ve been a stressful last-minute scramble feel easy and genuinely enjoyable. You could tell she really cared about getting us the right experience – not just making a sale.

She helped us lock in the Grand Pioneers 1 cruise with a private transfer from Hanoi, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Honestly, if you’re looking to book anything in Vietnam and want someone who’s on the ball, warm, and truly helpful – get in touch with Mỹ Uyên. She’s delightful.

Now the cruise – absolutely fabulous. The boat itself is stunning and everything felt five-star: the room was spacious and beautifully designed with a private balcony, the food was fresh and delicious, and the service onboard was impeccable. The staff were attentive without being over the top, and the whole itinerary was well-paced with a nice mix of relaxation and activities.

Only thing I’d flag – if you’re not into crowds or heavy tourist spots, maybe skip the Sung Sot Cave excursion. It’s beautiful but very busy. Everything else felt much more peaceful and well-curated.

Unforgettable Ha Long Bay Experience

My partner and I recently enjoyed an incredible cruise through Ha Long Bay, and it exceeded all expectations. The entire experience was seamless, from booking to disembarkation. We arranged the trip through My Uyen at BestPrice Travel, who was fantastic to deal with—responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Once on board, the service was nothing short of outstanding. Bobby, who looked after us during the cruise, was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. He really made the experience feel special.

The scenery itself was iconic—breathtaking limestone cliffs, calm emerald waters, and peaceful bays. Everything on the cruise was run like clockwork, yet still felt relaxed and effortless. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, the food was delicious, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming.

If you’re considering a trip to Ha Long Bay, we can’t recommend this cruise highly enough. It was truly a highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

Hang Moon was great - overall, we really enjoyed the trip. The hotels were great! The staff in the hotels were great! Highlight was Ha Long Bay cruise and Hoi An. Frank was great in Hanoi. Some of the guides were disengaged and one in particular, took advantage of us and over charged us. One of the drivers was rude - made an error in picking us up and then commented on it. However. We enjoyed both countries and appreciative of all the planning.

Our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia was a Private tour for 15 days, customized to our preference by Rosie Nhung of Best price (BP). She did a great job and all planning were perfect. All the tour guides were very friendly, helpful and caring. Special reference must be given to Tom in Hanoi who was really funny and made our tour really enjoyable. We are extremely satisfied with the service given by BP and will recommend to anyone.

The booking and payment was very easy. Our contact person (Rosie) was very helpfull and friendly. Also during the tour she kept contact and asked for our feedback.
Tour itself (Cambodia on wheels) was fantastic. We loved how everything was so well organised. We would certainly book again with them.

We did the 8-day trip from Saigon to Siem Reap, and were delighted with how weĺl everything fell into place. Janet was efficient and responsive, and happy to modify the itinerary to accommodate our travel plans. The hotels were better than we were expecting, the transport was faultless, and the guides all had a good understanding of conversational English.
Janet also checked in from time to time to make sure that everything was going to plan.
We would use BestPrice again without hesitation.

Hard working & caring people . I was a little worried about the cost per night for the President suite . It has been one of the greatest vacations going to Hanoi & Ha Long bay on the Scarlet Pearl Yacht !
Every detail was handled positively from making reservations , paying & getting information to be ready . From the hotel recommendations to stay in Hanoi .
The amount of room in the President suite is unreal , much bigger than pictures show .
Having the front of the boat deck was awesome . With 2 tables , 3 lounge chairs & extra chairs & private hot tub . The deck could handle 10 people easy if you go with friends . Having a birthday dinner on our private deck was over the top ! With a complimentary bottle of wine & birthday cake was a truly special night ! My girlfriend will remember that for the rest of her life !
I can’t say thank you enough to this company , boat & crew . We will definitely return again but with friends . Totally worth the money !
