Where do I start...lol.

So I originally signed up when it was betti.com, I deposited and played religiously more so at weekends. I would recieve a moderate amount of bonus to deposit e.g free spins, match bonus and more so instant karmas, while building my loyalty points up. However!! When trying to withdraw it was a nightmare!

Then it changed to betti1.com
Since it changed all iv had is my weekly free spins on a Wednesday and Friday, iv contacted customer support in regards to why its taken over 6months for them to upgrade this bonus platform and I don't get an answer

This site uses various merchants to process payments none of which sound very respectable and mostly Nigerian with things like education, IT or shoe shop in the transaction....I have played here for a few years and in all honesty I have never had an issue with withdrawing funds ....yes they can be slow but I have always received my money... games are fairly cracky , crash a lot and sit there buffering but 90% of the time OK...my real reason for departing from the site is I had fraudulent transactions on my bank account twice..now I setup a virtual card ONLY for use with Betti never been used elsewhere , so long story short these transactions have to of come from either somebody at Betti or one of there suspect merchants ...now I did bring this up with my VIP manager who passed it on to the relevant department and they requested a bank statement proving these transactions ... now I had already sent screenshots of the transactions to the VIP manager with far more details on than the bank statement would show .... anyhow needless to say I have asked how the investigation is progressing (I highly doubt there ever was one) and now I am faced with radio silence..shame to lose a VIP customer over this as both times the fraud amount was around 7 euro but hey fraud is fraud and next time it could be a big amount... so there we have it ... be careful people ...good site that pays out ..but also steals money without consent. I see Betti does respond and will likely say I didn't send a bank statement ..which is true ...however the bank statements offers no extra information than they already have, far less in fact.

Update....

Betti you know who I am and if you speak with Rob he knows all about this issue and why I haven't played at Betti for over a month now...as mentioned you requested a bank statement that provides less information than you have from actual screenshots of the transactions. I am not saying these transactions are directly related to yourselves but if merchants you are using are committing fraud that is extremely concerning for your players

Thieves that steal your withdrawals

Thieves! Don’t trust them.

They gave me €50 bonus when I deposited €100. Terms say x 10 can be withdrawn. Fine. I withdrew 2 x €250. They wiped over €200 in my playable balance.

I decided to reverse one of my €250 withdrawals and play. I won and did different withdrawals amounts as I played. So in the end, I had €1100 pending. They sent me €500 and now lie to me about my further winnings saying I used them.
Outright lie so they don’t have to pay.
Customer service was useless.
I spend a LOT there but this thievery pushes me to conclude they are scammers.
Never playing there again.
