Great experience - good valuation and bike collected in 72hrs. Collection driver was knowledgeable and professional and full original valuation paid out. Way better offer than any of our local mc dealers could make. I was in convinced when somebody suggested them but now very impressed.

Really glad I found Big Moto from other recommendations. Shout out to Matt and the SOS transport guy who were really friendly and helpful with our bike sale. It was a regrettable sale of a much loved bike on our part, but they made it a lot more pleasurable. I was amazed how quick and smooth the process was , all completed in 3 days, money straight into our bank before the bike was taken with no quibbles and the V5 notification done immediately . Overall great service.

The information required was easy to understand and the price offered was fair, the time for the whole process was quick, the pickup driver’s inspection was efficient and the price was honoured. All excellent.

Appalling follow up once initial offer accepted then when the guy turned up to collect after being chased twice he conjured up a non existent issue and said bike no longer wanted

Comms is ridiculous supposed to be rang back i just give up i do t no if the bike will turn up quick to take deposit now just not interested. Had enough of this buying something you should be excited about. Its taken all the fun and im just annoyed now.

Having had an injury I needed to sell my bike. Bigmoto came to my aid and efficiently " moved in on" for me.

The bike was just over a year old but in showroom condition ( just 134 miles covered). I got the top trade price on this occaion

Avoid this AI managed joke of a company.
They add extra charges.
Customer service is just AI bots.
They ignore requests.
2 months on and I am still trying to cancel information from them. So relieved I didnt go ahead with the sale.
They will take your money quickly but then not give any support at all.

Arranged a PX with this company for my immaculate 890 smt with there x-adv 750

Firstly I spoke with Clare who proceeded to tell me there is a 100 “off the showroom floor fee” this didn’t sit right with me as surly I should be also charging them for my bike as this was a PX…anyway she then went on to say “you don’t have it” in that context was this a question or a statement? I’m not sure either

Nevertheless I proceed to pay the charge and get the wheels in motion..it took several days for the bike to come they use S.O.S who I cannot fault. Once the bike came I took a long look at it and decided it’s not for me broken hand guards extras fitted by quite clearly a cave man and problems with the number plate where the previous owner had a private plate and couldn’t make his mind up wether he wanted to keep it himself or not…the issue? Insurance don’t recognise the private plate on the v5 and I don’t have the original plate on my v5 so I either can’t insure the bike or I can’t tax the bike both illegal and both down to big motos poor communication efforts with me, themselves and previous customers clearly.

So I phone up to tell them it’s not for me please come and get it..keep my bike and just pay me. Cool no problem right? Wrong, I’ve waited over a week to have the bike collected (collected 7am this morning) I’ve called over 8hours later to ask how long it’ll be to have my money back as I’m trying to make a deal with another company and another bike and the bloke says. The bike isn’t back at our Great Yarmouth store..fine sos are busy but it’ll then take 48 hours for an inspection another 24 hours for the refund and depending on bank another 48 hours for my refund to actually appear.

So bigmoto you rush and push the first stages to get what you want your staff clearly have no respect for your business then when a deal is wanted to be undone you put on the slow burners bearing in mind every phone call is short and bitter and your staff don’t actually want to know or help with any questions or issues.

I had better service from SBF a few years ago and look how they ended up. So disappointing

Very professional they examined my motorcycle in detail and paid promptly prior to the bike being transported which they arranged.
Highly recommended!
