When purchased, it was really unclear that nothing would be sent in the post until a form was filled out separately. And working out where to go and how to get the blood test done seemed really complicated and unclear what the different options even meant.

Blue Horizon make it very easy to have a qualified Nurse visit you to take your blood sample and get a Doctors viewpoint on the test results. Excellent Service.

Very disappointed. The laboratory didn't check all my blood tests that I requested so I now have to have them redone. I have an energy limiting illness and I thought paying privately would be efficient and hopefully find the root cause of my symptoms. It's the inconvenience of having to rebook, drive to the hospital for retesting when already feeling ill. This wasn't the experience I was expecting?

As usual a great service.
I made a mistake when ordering the blood draw and it was quickly and efficiently sorted out.
The results were extremely fast too, always a bonus!

Terrible service. Still waiting for results from investigation I had done 2nd of July despite getting an email that it will be out by the 10th. Have asked for a refund because they are clueless when the result will actually be ready. What is the point going private if you still end up with this long delay, no result and clueless customer service. Mistake on my part not checking out the reviews here before using the service.

The website was easy to use. The nurse who visited my home to take the bloods arrived on time and was very efficient. I upgraded the postage to guarantee next day delivery. The blood was taken on a Tuesday and the results arrived on Saturday with doctor's comments which were helpful and easy to understand. The test results provided reassurance and l would use this company again.

Your service when you haven’t submitted the results? Makes zero sense.

The onboarding was more complicated and stressful than it needed to be due to not having a telephone number and a person to ask simple questions. The Chat was less than satisfactory. One set of kit had to be ordered twice.
The Super Drug experience was very good.

Very prompt service,results arrived early. Happy with everything.

The home visit nurse was lovely, got the vein first time.
Only waited a couple of days for the results and had Doctors comments too, which was free to receive.

Love this company!
So important to test yourself before your poorly to keep track of your health to get a guide of what’s off before it gets worse.

Disgraceful service chased and chased for the result still not had it but had an e mail saying the hospital missed the tsh part of the test ! It was a thyroid test! And has offered me £25 when it it was over £300 for the test … complete rip off do not use and still waiting 6 weeks later!

The blood draw at home saved me time and the results were fast and look useful, in the areas where I had concerns. Many thanks.

Excellent service.
Asked for a blood test but my GP wouldn't allow it .. ordered the test I needed from Blue horizon ,had the results back promptly. Which confirmed my gut instinct and now I have been given the correct medication from my GP. Will definitely be using again
