Quick and easy to use. Quick turnaround time. I think it would have been good to have some input after the test results and possibly help to expand the results. However, it told me everything I needed to know.

Turnaround time was better than expected
I was concerned about the turnaround time for one aspect of my test. However it all came through very quickly.

Excellent - very fast turnaround. Only issue was misunderstanding that the nurse would bring the sample kit (Gold) - last time it was sent by post so a bit of confusion but sorted it. Good to update the website to make it clear. Also good to add Apolipoprotein B test as this is more useful that HDL / LDL on its own.

We're glad to hear everything got sorted in the end, but completely understand how the delivery of the sample kit could have caused a bit of confusion, we actually use different laboratories on some of our Home Blood Tests.
We are making changes to this situation.
Regrading the Apolipoprotein B test, we can offer many tests that will benefit in a number of situations.
We do agree though, it’s definitely an important marker!

Quick and easy
Quick and easy! Absolutely stress free. Loved the option of booking a nurser come to my house to take the sample and post it. Results received in just over 24 hours of receiving my blood samples. Appreciate comments made to help understand the results. Great service and will use again.

The nurse ....
The nurse came to my home to take my blood is totally unprofessional. She made me pain during blood drawing and even dropped one of the tubes on the floor! Also how dare she said that I should not be painful! I'm the one feel the pain, not her! Promise you I would not take the same service again and will definitely not refer your company to any of my friends

Highly recommend
The whole process from initial contact to test results, very professional, queries handled very promptly and efficiently, with good advice. All relevant information noted, for Dr’s response.
Very knowledgable comments from the Dr on the test results too. Clearly understands thyroid very well, a rarity in the medical profession.

Sadly I found communication to be poor after purchasing 2 tests and before my blood was taken.
The lab they use did a good job in letting me know the samples had arrived and I received my results quickly which I'm grateful for.

From ordering the sample kit to…
From ordering the sample kit to receiving the results was very efficient, together with the doctors report.
Samples take Jan 8th and results received Jan 10th
My only negative point is that Spire Hospitals are no longer used.
Then was no need to make an appointment nor take your own sampling kit, and no need to post your sample laboratory yourself via the Post Office.
Have been using Blue Horizon since 2011 and have always been very pleased with the efficient service.

Stressful Expensive
The process was stressful from the beginning and very expensive.
The problem was that blue, Horizon and Superdrug are two different companies and the customer has to broker between the two.
This caused a lot of stress
The blood draw booking with Superdrug was difficult because of lack of availability. Also booking has to be done separately after paying for the test.
Additionally I was informed by you that my blood test needed to be taken early in the morning, and Superdrug do not have staff in the early morning.
There was an additional charge of having to send the blood test recorded delivery which I wasn’t informed of at the outset.
