Delivery took 2 days. Excellent helmet, great quality and design.

Great bike! Light and stylish. Love the vintage style. The helmet is extremely light too which is fab!

Perfect pannier for older style bike. Easy to fit and a very attractive, useful addition. Email query answered quickly and politely.

Lovely bike and good quality. The assembly manual is poorly designed with unhelpful photos.

The bike is a great spec, really light and exactly what we were looking for in the price range. Really quick delivery with good tracking.

Customer service EXCELLENCE from Bobbins who after my purchase got lost in post despatched a new one special delivery to me. Great to deal with, recommend.

Great variety of helmets. Easy to order the right size. Arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Delivery was fast and product quality is excellent. Love the basket

Poor experience so far all because your delivery partner APC overnight has failed to complete the simple task of delivering my daughter's bike in time before her birthday after several attempts one including me choosing to get it delivered at one of the local stores who are their partners. The very local store 39a Bekerley avenue Reading costcutter refused to accept my parcel because "it was too large". But have them on their options...I called APC to make a complaint and they promised over the phone to deliver parcel on Saturday which was my preferred date 13/09/25 , but guess what? You guessed it..i haven't heard from them since Thursday 11 September 2025 when they made this promise. Noone picked up the phone when I called them this morning and no response to my emails ...to say I'm furious is an understatement! Imagine choosing you over other competitors and this is what I get !

Order #329152462 - APC overnight managed to lose the bike. That is not your fault, however this was a birthday present for my grandson and needed to be sorted. Difficulty getting a response but when contact made refund being processed

Lovely bike and fast delivery thank you! My daughter loves it

Good information on the website helped us to order the correct size. Delivery was prompt (though delayed by one day due to an issue with the courier). The bike was well packaged and fairly simple to assemble. One slight annoyance was that the disk brake pads were not fully aligned with the rotors in advance, and though instructions were included on how to do this, I think someone without experience would find it difficult as it is quite fiddly.

The bike is lovely, especially for the money. I actually think it's as good as some of the more established 'premium' kids bike brands, without the elevated price tag. Our 7 year old absolutely adores it.

Very quick delivery. Panniers are lovely, fit well, very stylish and secure. Only slight criticism is the weight but that is probably inevitable with the quality of basket.

Fast delivery, well packaged, clear instructions and includes tools. Easy DIY project.

Bike arrived. It works.

Assembly required a couple of hours and some care. If you are used to messing with bikes it will be no problem. If not..... find someone who is.

Still no responses or call back to any legal documents even after unlawfully cancelling my order due to me getting solicitors involved. No money has been returned.

BEWARE WHEN READING RESPONSES TO BAD REVIEWS FROM THIS BUSINESS. It is all smoke & mirrors!
IF YOU KNOW HOW REVIEWS WORK YOU WILL SEE ANY GOOD ONES ARE NOT VERIFIED. These would have been paid for.

WHOEVER DOES THE RESPONSES TO REVIEWS IS CLEARLY TRAINED TO COPY AND PASTE FROM A SCRIPT. You would think they would call me wouldn’t you if they actually gave any consideration to customer service or the law. BUT THIS PROVES THIS IS NOT A LEGIT BUSINESS AND NOTHING BUT A WAY TO GET MONEY AND SCREW AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE.

THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSES TO LEGAL LETTERS AND THIS IS BEING FILED WITH THE COURTS IN 3 DAYS

THE NUMBER THEY GIVE YOU TO CALL IS A WAIT OF AT LEAST 45 MINUTES AND THEY SAY THEY CANNOT HELP BUT TO LOG AN EMAIL IN YOUR PORTAL.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE BOYCOT AND TAKEN OFFLINE. I WILL DO MY UPMOST TO DRAG THESE JOKERS THROUGH THE COURTS AND HANDED THE BIGGEST FINES POSSIBLE FOR BREACHES OF THE LAW. THE DIRECTORS ALSO NEED TO BE STRUCK OFF!

First class service on delivery and the quality seems excellent.. we bought helmets and basket .. we are pleased we have joined the Bobbin family 👍🏻

Amazing bike! Smooth process from ordering to delivery!
