V easy working with this company

Bought a North Face jacket. Was sent one without a hood. Emailed directly and through their website, no reply and it's been a week. Called the phone and it keeps saying "No one is available to take your call".

So no way to return a defective product. Buyer Beware.

I have not opened the package yet as it is a gift for my son. Next week is his 50th. What I loved is that it arrived in 2 days.

There was some lag getting an update on it shipping, but after that all good. Arrived early and they let me know when package had arrived. Thanks for still having a pair of my discontinued shoes!!!

I order from Bob’s Chalet all the time. I usually make large purchases because I have a large family that I buy gifts for, resulting in free shipping. . The last purchase I made was large giving me free shipping. Bob’s was out of one of the items I purchased. They refunded me promptly for the out of stock item but would not grant me free shipping on my replacement item. I felt that was unfair to me being a loyal customer & it was not my fault for the out of stock item. The prices & quality are great though
