Long wait, but worth it
Took a while for the dress to arrive, panicked it wouldn’t arrive for my party, but it did! It fits really well, although ordering a large as a size 10 was a bit off putting. Great construction, material and style. Communications from the website was very informative. Would order again.

The most flattering and beautiful dress
Purchase was easy and I was confident in my size ordered as their measurements chart was accurate and easy to follow. The dress far surpassed my expectations, its thick fabric and quality design meant it fit my body in the most flattering way, hugging my curves perfectly. The dress is so comfortable to wear and I absolutely love it, I received so many compliments! I’m about 150lb but 5”11 tall and the size Large was perfect for my frame. I’ll definitely be buying more dresses!

They don't do refund
They don't do refund, if the dress don't fit you your money is gone.
They also have a very tiny warning labels that can be misleading to your purchase.
I don't recommend this online store at all, go buy somewhere else.

They won't refund your money back!
Ladies, be careful. If you don't like a dress, you will be refunded with stock credits. I want this practise to be archaic in 2025. I'm allowed to buy a dress, try it, and return it, and get my money back. Absolutely terrible experience.

I ordered a skirt. It did not fit. I have tried to return it to get a different size. I have sent many emails. I have been told a label was sent. I have looked through all emails from bodycon. I have looked in spam and trash folders. I have received all emails from bodycon except an email with a return label? They have told me it was sent twice but I have looked through every email and still no label?

Do not shop. I ordered a dress from here and it was a disappointment, fit terribly & I really didnt want to order a replacement dress but they don't offer refunds. So I ordered a replacement and of course had the same issue. Second dress did not look like photos online. I reached out to them to ask for a refund because I'm going through family trauma and truly don't have the energy to keep ordering dresses i don't want + you get docked a shipping fee each time so your money dwindles down & instead they actually said if I want to continue the return, Not only would i not get a refund but they charged me an EXTRA shipping fee and then removed the original replacement dress gift card so I'd only be getting a $17 credit toward another dress i dont even want. Now I'm stuck with this dress - already paid the shipping fee before realizing. An enormous waste of money, energy and material. You'll notice on the bad reviews they keep saying they offer a 'generous 60 day return window' but forget to mention how long they take to respond and also have just completely stopped responding altogether now as I'm sure they don't want to deal with me or give any money back. (From an optimist who never writes reviews)

One complimentary return is available per order; any additional returns incur a small restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping. We provide a 60-day return window, and include a fit finder, detailed product info, and material images to help with sizing and expectations.

Dress was cut so small on the chest that it didn’t cover the nipple! I’ve remade the top out of some of the hem to get it a normal size. You need to assume at least a B cup with dresses for adult females. Pattern cutter needs retraining.
