Wrong foundation shade cocoa superstay. I ordered maybelline superstay foundation 70 cocoa I was looking forward to this coz was reduced to £3 but they sent me a Wrong shades . You clearly can see its not cocoa it was beige shade but they still sent it anyway. Still waiting for refund
Atrocious customer service
Atrocious customer service. They make it very difficult for people. They don’t inform customers that Boohoo and BoohooMan are different brands even though they are selling exactly the same products on both website. I bought Premium Unlimited next day delivery only to find out that I can only use it with either Boohoo or BoohooMan even if I use it under the same account. I have placed an order on Boohoo not knowing that the premium service I purchased was only valid for BoohooMan. and I was charged £5.99 for delivery. I called customer service to cancel the order straight away just to be told that it won’t be possible. Now I have to pay £5.99 for delivery even though I have purchased a £9.99 premium service. They are a joke.

I am in utter disbelief by the sheer incompetence of my experience to date. I am a regular customer and can’t believe the customer service I have just experienced. It is outrageous and so so unfair and what has made me feel worse is the attitude of a customer care agent via Messenger.
On Thursday, I ordered denim shorts on next day delivery for my husband. They arrived yesterday and were the wrong size -the label didn’t match the actual size. In view of this I know (even though frustrating) errors happen so contacted customer services who gave me a feee next day delivery code to reorder replacement ones and I would send the wrong ones back. I ordered more yesterday and I disbelief that they are again the same as yesterday-label and actual size don’t match. I immediately contacted customer services again who said don’t worry as you want me out of pocket and returns are free. This is outrageous and the second error in 24 hours is just incompetent. I wanted them to know that this batch of shorts has been incorrectly sized up with the label but they dismissed me

Wrong order and terrible customer service
I recently ordered a paid of boots from BooHoo. I had previously ordered a pair and they were great so I got the same boots in a different colour. I ordered everything to same - a UK size 6. They sent me a size 4. When I contacted them, they told me that they convert the size ordered from Aus to UK which makes no sense as there is nothing on the webpage stating that what I ordered would be different to what I received. I sent them screenshots of my orders, of the webpage, and even photos of the boots but they are adamant that they have sent me the right order. When I pointed out that for my first order i ordered a 6 and received a 6, they said that there had been an error in THAT order and that the recent one was correct. They are absolutely refusing to send me what I actually ordered.
I'm starting a disputed transaction claim with PayPal as I'm having no luck with the company. I will never be buying from them again as their customer service is absolutely terrible.

Purchased £185 worth of clothing. Accidentally had items sent to a previous address (no issue as was a relative). A dress was missing from the delivery and one bag open. Informed Boohoo immediately. Straight away they sent a disclaimer that basically states you’re in the wrong straight away etc. Well I asked for CCTV to be viewed as per their protocol and said it would be done within 2 days. However I left the UK for a week and on my return I’d still not had the outcome. I waited a further week and an bit and still no outcome so I requested this to be done again. Within 24 they had apparently managed to view. Stated they had CCTV showing item packaged so I requested the footage to be told no it’s against GDPR. So informed them that no it is not against GDPR and that they could blur our faces etc. again told no and that was the end of the matter as far as they were concerned!! Really you think that you e investigated fully and fairly??. I showed them the delivery picture which by the way doesn’t show the packages on both sides etc so thus does not show the opened side. I will pay for said missing dress which by the way I had ordered and received the white version that didn’t even fit correctly and was so poorly made it was a joke and the 2 other dresses I’d decided to keep out the other 11 dresses I had ordered (again poor quality) as not to affect my credit score. I will take this further however as they are unprofessional, do not actually know the law by the looks of their responses and to be quite honest I feel that they think they can do as they please. No longer will I use this below standard company. Even now the remaining returns which they have received are not showing and still owed. Get a grip Boohoo.

Never will i buy from this company again. I ordered a dress and it was cheap looking horrible material. The order number keeps coming up as wrong humber when trying to get a code to return it. I sent an email they do not reply. Im stuck with this horrible dress as they make it impossible to return items.
Wrong item received multiple times.
I purchase a super push up strapless bra. I received a teshirt bra. The detailing was completely different. There was supposed to 3 hooks but only two. And zero padding. They sent me a replacement. But it was the same item with the same mistake. They took next to no responsibility. They were supposed to credit me £5 for the issue and a refund. I have yet to receive the credit and highly doubt I ever will.
It's shocking that a clothing company that size are unable to correctly check their stock.

I’m a long term Customer of Boohoo and have never had an issue until now. I ordered $150 worth of products last month which I didn’t receive!! Instead I was handed an empty Boohoo bag by the postie!! I put in a complaint to Boohoo but they have replied saying as far as they are aware the products were packaged and sent, and as such I would NOT be offered a refund or replacement products. To say I’m angry is an understatement!! I will NEVER purchase anything from this Company again!!!! Disgraceful disgusting customer service!!!

Ik heb mijn hele bestelling moeten retourneren vanwege een te grote maat. De waarde van deze bestelling was €220,-. Ik was erg geschrokken van de reviews hieronder en had mezelf er al op ingesteld dat dit een duur grapje ging worden. Ik heb in totaal €6,- retour kosten betaald. Niks aan de hand! Wat een opluchting haha!

Selling products not as advertised
Selling products not as advertised. Whilst engaged in the complaint process I have been hindered from sending evidence as, after each attempt to send evidence (3), I receive a response that the Customer Service Inbox in too full to receive emails. I ordered a product advertised, displayed and described as red on the website but what arrived was black. I only want a partial refund as, although it is not what I ordered, it is still a nice item that I would have otherwise recommended but this experience has been a let down.

Parcel lost and being made to wait 3 weeks or possibly more for refund
After my parcel not arriving after a week, I got in touch. Told to wait 48 hours so I did. Now being told to give it another week. Won't refund and still no parcel. I will never use again.

Please don’t waste your money with boohoo, they are a money robbing disgusting company. Twice now I’ve had items not received and when I’ve informed them, their response “items are shown to be scanned and packed with other goods!” I’m no liar, but how can I prove other!!!
Poor customer service
They sent me the wrong item at the end of November and asked me to take a photo of it even though I had given them the code of the item. They sent me a portal so I could get a return label. It would not work and despite numerous emails explaining this and asking for a return label to be sent to my email it took nearly a month for them to send one. Each time a different person dealt with my email asking for a return label .There is no contact phone number and I have finally received a refund. The item I ordered was a Christmas Gift and annoyed it wasn’t resolved till today.Will never shop with them again.
