Shocking company
Clothes a terrible fit. Huge size 6 in one item then too small in a different size 6 and quality awful and out of shape. I tried to return items twice but when I chose return method I wasn't allowed to continue. I changed method to see if that would work but it didn't. I contacted customer services by email explaining my problem but was sent a generic reply nothing to do with my actual problem. I'm now stuck with a load of unwearable clothes I can't return
Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered my items for next day delivery and did not receive them till a whole week later!!!! and they use a company like Evri to deliver which is even worse, not happy and won’t be ordering from them again!!

Late to review as only just thought about it now that friend is being told she can’t get a refund for her order that was delivered to the wrong address, unless she get a crime reference number from the police - however the police have said it isn’t a police issue - so no refund for her.
My own experience:
I’d put zero stars if there was an option. Clothing is terrible, really poor quality, cheap, you’d be better off buying your clothes from skeggy market.
Ordered £140 worth of clothing, none of it looked as it did on the photos. Was 1 day late to return and told ‘tough’. Won’t ever use again.

I purchased 3 items that were all supposed to be part of an outfit and selected NDD. The shoes were cancelled without warning despite still being available online. The other two are now effectively useless but to return I’ve lost out on the cost of NDD and the return fee. My last order from BH was Oct 2017!!! just goes to show when I purchase from PLT weekly…..#UK185931012
Saying OOPS OUR BAD and cancelling is shockingly poor without an explanation and the choice should be given if you want the rest of the order. Poor poor poor!

If I could put no stars I would. The quality of the clothes is extremely poor and very badly fitting, probably the worst quality I've ever experienced. very cheap material and way overpriced for what you get. Pictures online are nothing like the clothes. But more importantly, their lack of empathy or true customer service is none existent, they are purely driven by profit, not service. I will never use them ever again.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!! we recived an email saying thanks for returning your item, we never even recived the item!! then saying we are getting deducted £4 admin fees, keep it! if this review stops at least one person from buying from you then it worked,
Total waste of time
Total waste of time, after spending about fifteen minutes adding items to the cart, you simply get "sorry, your session has expired" and it doesn't even retain the cart items. Also, for many items you cannot specify a quantity, you have to add them one by one to get more than one. You cannot contact their customer service except for orders that are already in existence. Don't waste your time and money with these amateurs.

If I could rate this a 0 I really would what an awful company to buy from I ordered something for next day delivery on the 18th November it never arrived next day and I had ordered this for a work party on the 25th so I got in contact with customer service through text message it’s like talking to a robot not sure why they even sign a name at the end as it’s all computerised and they asked me to wait until the 5th dec for the parcel to be delivered as I expected the parcel still had not been delivered so I got in contact yesterday 6th dec and they said the same crap as before not even acknowledging me and I think that so rude if they expect any good reviews they need to sort there customer service out I still haven’t got a refund like I have asked for twice don’t order from this company what a bad company!!!

I've ordered 2 red dresses( different indeed) both of them based on the pictures from the website.. One dress with the price of £18 plus 1.99 delivery and second red dress price was 35£ including the delivery.
Surprise! The two dresses are the same, same model been advertised twice under different pictures with different prices. The dresses looks nothing as the pictures, the dress are of a cheap thin fabric and both of them damaged. I request a refund,will see how that process will be completed.

What an absolute nightmare, ordered boots 2 weeks ago, paid extra for a fast service, still haven't received the boots and Boohoo will not offer a refund until the boots are delivered, don't waste your time or money on this totally rubbish company, with atrocious customer service.

Boohoo don’t know the meaning of “next day delivery”! I am totally trusted with Boohoo and this is happening far too often that next day delivery is not fulfilled, poor poor customer service. If the courier doesn’t do what they are paid to do then change courier. I am sick of Boohoo, that’s my last order with them, all down to poor service and I’ll advise anyone to do the same m!

Messed up an order, charged me random $200 and more
They charged me over $200 for an order than was never processed and I never recieved. Customer serivce was not helpful and deleted my account when they couldn't justify charging me. On another order they didn't send me an item and I was told that video surveillance said they had and I would be investigated for fraud if I put in another claim. I did not recieved this item, i double checked the bag and everything it didn't look tampered with or like it had been opened in transit.
