Being charged postage when supposed to be Free

Ordered goods from boohoo they sent a code saying 50% off and free postage but they charged me the postage when contacted they said send a photo of offer which I did but they never answered me or gave me my money back. Then I had to return some goods to find out they charge for that as well £1.99 but instead of one charge they charged me £3.98 even though these goods was on one order and returned in one parcel I contacted them again and yet again told they don’t refund postage so yet again the customer suffers and is out of pocket I have asked for a manager to contact me still waiting and of course there’s no phone number to ring. One very unhappy customer and will not use them again.

I wish I paid attention to look up…

I wish I paid attention to look up reviews prior to ordering from them purchased two dresses and they were both poor quality and the size fit seemed like it was three sizes smaller than what it actually should have been
I don’t recommend and won’t ever purchase from them again

Wanted to return one item from my parcel … find out that Boohoo now charge for you to return unwanted items. Disgraceful!!! Who do they think they are taking money out of what we have originally paid for an item. This is an online shopping experience and people expect to send things back!!! I WILL DELETE MY APP AND NEVER SHOP AT BOOHOO AGAIN. GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH! With so many other options out there now … I don’t think they will be in business much longer. Whoever made that decision will rue the day …

I would give no starts if this was an option. I was fobbed off and lied to in order to close down conversation with me. A polite request at my end turned into a rude and non genuine response at their end. Having gone back and forth with emails, I was unable to find a way to receive the money back I should be entitled to. A dreadful company with shocking customer service!

No delivery, no refund

No delivery, despite paying for next day delivery. I received an image of a map which shows they attempted to deliver my order to the wrong address. Still no order, still no refund, even for my next day delivery.

Highly Disappointed

ordered from Boohoo for the first time and followed their instructions for measurements to get the right size. Goods arrived but were way to big. Went to returns portal to fill out forms for label only to find I had to pay $15 return postage after initially paying $14.95. Now I have paid out $29.95 and have nothing to show for it. Their measurements do not match article. Will never shop here again.

After years of being a loyal customer and having disgusting treatment over and over again I have to say its the worst online retail experiences I had.
INCORRECT REFUND ON RETURNS EVERYTIME.
POOR CLOTHING QUALITY.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Spend your cash somewhere else.

Im completly fuming it said 5 days delivery I was like okay fair enough il wait for days then all of a sudden it said 10 delivery I'm like wait this is not what I payed for I sent them an email no response I'm like okay let me just wait for the clothes.I orded on the 20th of June and ITS THE 2ND OF JULY they are taking the mick out of me and its infuriating this company is horrible has horrible costumer service to i wish i could give it negative stars

Absolutely fuming

Absolutely fuming! I paid for next day delivery and I ordered on the 24th. Each day I have been messaging boohoo to chase up my order and all I keep being told is to wait 48 hours to see if it arrives. Today is the 28th and still nothing. I told them that telling me to wait 48 hours is not good enough especially when my clothes are for my holiday which is why I needed next day delivery. They have now told me they cannot take this any further until the 6th of July! This is rediculous, I pay for next day delivery and have to wait nearly two weeks for something to be sorted? Each time they email me they blame it on the currier but when I track the parcel it says the currier are still waiting to receive it from the sender. I am so angry and now £60 down before my holiday with no clothes to take.

Mijn dochter van 19 wordt hier sterk benadeeld al dan niet opgelicht.
Zeer slecht zoals meerdere mensen hieronder beschrijven. De label die je krijgt wanneer je kiest het zelf te willen opsturen (omdat thuis geen creditcard aanwezig is) die accepteren ze niet. Bij DHL moet je een telefoonnummer invullen (is verplicht), die heeft Boohoo niet. DPB een eori- nummer, geen idee, ook een telefoonnummer (hebben ze niet).
Al met al, we zijn al dagen bezig dit op te lossen. Geen antwoord wat helpt.
Schandalig, wie heeft een idee? Mijn dochter moet nu 160 euro betalen voor kleding waar ze niets aan heeft.

So you can’t wear their clothes outdoors..

Bought the Chiffon Cape Sleeve Maxi Bridesmaid Dress in navy. Actually looked good and fitted well. However no instructions on washing other than a 30 degree synthetic wash, which I did, and holy cow it dyed all my washing blue so I had to chuck a load of my sons school uniform and destroyed my daughters favourite dress.. on top of that, when I contacted customer services about the above they asked me (and I quote from their email) the following questions:
“• How long was the item worn for?
• Did you wash the item before wearing it?
• Did you wear the item outside? If so, what was the weather like?”
My mind is blown. Since when did a clothing company ask if their clothing products were worn in or outdoors?!! And a prewash?! There was definitely no instructions to suggest this and if there was then I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place and would have saved myself the hassle of having to buy new school uniform as a punishment. Defo would not recommend buying anything from Boohoo, unless you want to fork out extra to replace your dyed clothes/get berated for wearing their clothes outdoors..

I ordered a dress on Friday for next day delivery as I have a friend's party on Sunday. On Saturday I tracked my parcel where it said its out for delivery. I stayed home and cancelled plans and it didn't even arrive. Its now Sunday I have no dress.

Rubbish seamstress’s. AVOID LIKE COVID

I can’t find anywhere to leave a review of my experience on the official website, so I’ll project it here in hopes you all don’t buy from boohoo.
So ordered x2 of the same dress different colours for summer, skater polka dot dresses.
Ok these are made on a pole. Stitching around the waste is 1. Too small to slip into,(one thigh width) or get over, clearly they didn’t take into account we have shoulders. There is a zip on the side but it’s completely useless as it’s below the stitching.
Complete waste of money yet again.

Oh was second purchase from here first one was tartan trousers that show my bum crack when I sit. Constantly having to haul up.

Basically made a very very bad choice ordering from here. Save yourself money. Even primark do better.

Shambolic

Don't give yourself the stress by ordering from this shambolic company. Their delivery is awful. I waited almost a week for next day delivery. This is what they replied with lol......

En nu moet ik iets voor betalen wat ik niet heb gekregen.

Absolute Disappointment

First time I've bought myself new stuff in about a year - I thought Boohoo was supposed to be a good company? One dress is like a tent on me, described as a "swing dress" but come on! I'm no dainty fairy, but this would fit a size 26, I reckon. Plus, the ties for the halterneck pulled straight out of their sitings and I'd have to get a hair clip to rethread them. The other one, SAME SIZE, is too SMALL. My boobs are squished flat. AND the side panels are all wrong. One is tight and flat, the other side twice as large and flapping about as there is about 6 inches too much material.
I went a size up on the stretch jeans, but I can only just do them up. Had the dresses not been so pants, I would have worn tummy shaper undies for the jeans, but, sigh, no deal. TBF, the jeans are nice quality.
If it was just a case of wrong fit, I would change them, but the two dresses just arent "right". I've had better stuff from "Everything £5" in the past. Heading there now.

Ordered 2 t-shirts for myself and my boyfriend, ordered a size 10 for me got an 8 , doesn't fit and ordered a small for him got a size 48 needless to say it doesn't fit, actually we can both fit into his t-shirt at the same time. Useless

I have to say Charlotte at Bohoo was great due to our useless postal company saying they had tried to deliver my parcel when they had not because i was in all day and have a video door bell so Charlotte re-sent it by express delivery has i needed it for a wedding . Great Customer service
