Sending you a label - forget that if you don't have access to a printer!
Q Bar if you don't have WiFi access on the phone/tablet when you leave your property - forget it!

Customer Service are amateur. Very rude and condescending! Very unhelpful! Their e mails are badly written full of spelling mistakes.

Absolutely terrible service I have been scammed there were 2 items missing from my package which were skirts 2 sizes to see which fitted but did not receive either now this terrible company is saying they were and nothing I can do about getting a refund

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Ordered a top from the curve range. Way too short & sits right on my tummy which I want to hide. Checked my order number from my email & tried to start the return process. The website wasn’t accepting my order number. I had to go onto chatbot & after another 5 mins was shown the top I ordered with a totally different order number to the one on my email. Then to top it off I have to actually pay to return the item!!! This will be the last time I order from boohoo. Shocking system that doesn’t work well at all

Their customer service is appalling, they are not helpful at all and keep dismissing my emails in a rude and abrupt manner, also refusing to give me a refund that I'm owed due their error of me not receiving certain items. I will definitely not be using this company again for this reason. I don't recommend anyone using it and besides the clothes aren't that great either. Waste of money!

So I returned an item to them which was for another retailer,granted this is my fault,but the barcode they sent me to return a previous item shouldn’t have scanned again.They have the item there they have informed me but I’m trying to retrieve it to send back to the correct company before the return date.They keep ignoring my emails in regards to retrieving this item,terrible customer service.I need this item back Ive been waiting 2 weeks already and no avail.

Made a purchase with Boohoo.Com.au. They had deducted the funds yet failed to send me any email confirming my order or provided me with an order number. Raised this issue with their Online Service team who tried to shrug me off by advising me to wait another 48hrs and to contact them if no refund has been recieved. She had escalated my issue to the finance team but being Boohoo's fashion she was unable to provide me with a reference number for my issue. Would stay clear of shopping with Boohoo from here on out. And would recommend consumers to do the same. The way that they conduct their business is utterly the worst compared to other online retailers. The best part about shopping with boohoo is that I get to shop elsewhere afterwards

Items never arrive and they don't care
I have only ever used Boohoo once before. I am going on holiday and placed a large order of 14 items. This was split into 2 deliveries.
One arrived fine the next day. The other was stuck with Evri. Once this finally arrived, it came in non Boohoo packaging and I only received 3 of 7 items. I informed Boohoo and was abruptly told the items were scanned and sent and I should check the parcel again (because apparently I can't count to 7). I was also told I will not be refunded for the 4 missing items so I am now down £75!! And stressed out before my holiday.
Do not shop with this company! They have ZERO accountability and do not value customers at all.
Update 3rd November:
Boohoo finally sent me the missing items. Two did not fit, so I started a return. They received the items 18th October and I still haven't been refunded.
Update: I reached out to Boohoo via apple messages. Leonisa replied saying that the items were scanned at their warehouse but failed to be refunded - and then processed the refund for me. So finally resolved!
really poor service and awful customer service
ordered some clothes for my sons birthday, with plenty of time for the order to arrive in time, even if a few days late, I ordered on 19th Sept, was told by email parcel was sent for delivery but nothing further since the 22nd, it is now 29th, (I was told by customer service after a very long wait that it would be delivered by 8pm on 28th), I contacted customer service again and was told it might take up to 7th October but if not they would then refund me instead of sending out a replacement parcel, which is not acceptable to me as the customer, it is then going to be too late for his birthday. The customer service agents ignore basic questions, and wouldn't answer why I was told two different messages, and then today to top it all off, the agent decided he/she didn't want to continue the conversation and ended it abruptly, (I did save the transcript), no apology, no saying goodbye or asking if there was anything else they could help me with, (the usual customer service type responses....), absolutwely disgusted at their attitude and service
Impossible to return faulty food without paying for it
I ordered a jumpsuit from boohoo and the zip broke the first time I tried it. I emailed to say I wanted to return it but did not feel I should pay for shipping (delivery and returns are expensive!) and they asked for details which I sent. Then they asked for photos which I sent, showing that the label was still attached (not worn). They then asked for a video. I sent a video but it bounced back saying they don’t accept it. Now they say to send it via Facebook which I have no idea what this means. It seems they are making it impossible so I don’t send it back. Absolutely terrible customer service as well as poor quality clothes

Appalling. I spent £160 on clothes half of them were missing. Contacted customer services to be told to check the packaging. Nothing else in the packaging- they checked the footage and apparently it all got packed and delivered accordingly. My case won’t be taken further, I felt like a liar and still waiting to hear from customer services - I paid for my order and have been refused a refund and a replacement. But yet I’m still items missing. Utterly disappointed and furious and the way the whole thing has been handled

Placed an order as a prime member I pay annually for next day delivery. 4 days past and no order! Customer service accessed only by face book messenger assured me it would be delivered within the next 48 hours items never arrived messaged again only to be told they are having issues with veri and my items won't be delivered until the 10th of September delivery was due 30th august you are a disgrace you even refused to cancel the order and return my money. I hope everyone reads this and nobody orders from you again. Avoid avoid.

I've recently ordered from Boohoo, my parcel arrived with 2 dresses missing, I immediately emailed customer services as there is no telephone number. The reply was requesting me to double check my bag!!!!
After explaining I am positive there is nothing else in the bag I was informed they would check footage of my parcel being packed!!!
Apparently footage has now been checked and they were definately put into the bag so I now have to pay!! Absolutely shocking service, very disappointed with how this issue has been dealt with. I will not be ordering from Boohoo again, I have been made to feel like a liar. Really really let down!

Ik ontvang de jurk die past, met een kapotte rits...
En via messenger is de enige optie om contact te krijgen..
Vervolgens word er geen antwoord gegeven op mijn klacht van de rits
Het enige wat ik te horen krijg is dat het niet gratis retouren is.

I would rate this company 0 if I could! The delivery and customer service is absolutely appalling! I paid for premium delivery so should receive goods the following day. It has been 5 days and still nothing! I have gone back and forth with emails but they keep dismissing me by telling me to wait and that there is nothing else they can do. This has left me very frustrated as the courier is saying they haven’t received it but boohoo are saying they have already dispatched it. Basically they’ve lost the parcel and won’t even give a refund!
