Was easy to park and get on the bus to…
Was easy to park and get on the bus to the airport.
Don’t think the signs for where to go on return were that good for getting the bus back, we could easily have gone to the wrong place and there wasn’t anyone around to speak to.
We also had an incident with our pram rolling off the bus when getting off and there being a gap between the bus and pavement, wheels fell through the gap flipping pram over.
Thankfully all was ok and driver was amazing, something to be wary of.

It was really easy to book, no hassle, the instructions were clear and the bus to the terminal was quick. There was some slight confusion with the signage of the car park, as we were in the wrong lane and had to go around the car park looking for it! It's best to stay in the left lane as you go through the barrier as the entrance is on the left.

Easy to book. Straight in and out with no problem.
And on top of that we stupidly left one of the windows open on my car while we were away. And some very kind person covered it in plastic so the inside wouldn't get wet.

Great experience with Gatwick Holiday Parking. It was very easy to find, with clear signs all the way. The check-in and parking process was quick and straightforward, making the start of the journey stress free. The shuttle bus arrived promptly, and the ride to the terminal was smooth and fast. Overall, a very convenient service and I would definitely use it again.

Easy to navigate to with clear signage. No confusing system literally leave your car in the drop off rows and they do the rest. Bus straight to terminal. I was 2 hours early for my collection on my way home there was no fuss or drama they just got on with it.

It was actually cheaper to park at the long stay Gatwick South car park than getting a return cab, it was so easy to book online plus a 15% discount, would definitely use again.
