Excellent communication when I contacted them. Extremely helpful and I was able to buy the item I wanted, which had been out of stock. The dressing gown itself is second to none, always worth it. Updated review: it’s all good now
My robe originally came to me damaged with a hole.
I took a few weeks to clear it up, but I received a new robe and looks and feels just what I have been wanting: an excellent robe!
I am so pleased to finally have the peace and comfort coming home from work and relaxing in my robe. This one is a winner and feels so good to wear.
