It was a pity my local Taunton branch didn't have this in stock, but the drive to Bridgwater was a very rare 'outing' for us. It took a while for the cashier to find the order, but it was then dealt with well by the operator in the yard who was very helpful.

My order was handled very well and I received a call back to arrange delivery
Delivery was made on the agreed date in a well organised manor

Unlike some other well known DIY chains who won't deliver other than to the kerb in the road. Bradfords actually delivery your goods onto your drive. Top service

Purchase and delivery were fine, however one of the timbers was damaged. A replacement was sent the next day, but the timber should not have been despatched in the first place.

I ordered a dumpy bag of sand and some blocks and a bag of cement. It told me that delivery would be after 4 days which was fine, so I ask for delivery on Friday as I would be home. On Monday my elderly mother had a call from Bradfords Bridgwater asking to bring all the order on Tuesday afternoon. This was OK as she could open the gate and have the order put under cover. Mum took the dog out at 09.00am on Tuesday and when she came back the delivery had been made, and all the order was outside and a 75 year old was expected to move it?
When she phoned Bradfords they first said the order would be made in the afternoon, then when she pointed out that had already been delivered and was outside, the man promised that a driver would come and move the order under cover. Nobody came and I had to make a special journey to move the cement and blocks into cover the next day.
When you book a delivery day they should not change it especially when they do not even come at the time agreed.
Very poor service.

The website suggested that I could open an online account with Bradfords by completing the registration form even if I did not have a trade account. However, I could not find a such a registration form. Also, it is not clear whether Bradfords has accounts for retail customers. I only wanted an online account so I would not need to input all my information if I want to order anything else in the future.

Everything else was fine and the delivery driver was helpful and courteous and careful about social distancing.
