Hello Anuj,
I am afraid I couldn't locate your order by searching your name.
We do charge a return fee and a restocking fee if bricks are returned, thats right, and we don't hide it, fees are mentioned on the website. But we wouldn't charge you if we had delivered the wrong item.
Could you share your order number so that I can find your order and see what has happened there?
Regards,
Ketija Svike

Great collection of bricks
Delivery system is little unreliable but overall they are a great supplier. They have a huge collection of bricks . After searching for matching bricks for weeks for my new extention, this company got me what I wanted- 100% match. Also, they have great customer service- replying all the queries within minutes.

Hello Sahin,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the delay you experienced with your delivery — we understand how frustrating that can be.
I am afraid occasionally things might not go as planned, a broken down lorry was one of those occasions, unfortunately.
A full refund for a delayed delivery was processed as an apology for a late running service, we understand that it can be frustrating when delivery doesn’t happen as planned.
We’re always working to improve our logistics and service, and your comments help us do that.
Kind regards,
Ketija Svike

Go above and beyond for customer service
Easy ordering off webpage but delivery date given to me whilst within timescales was a day later than my builder needed it to be. The office staff went out of their way to deliver it to me when I needed it, this is what is going above for customer service excellence is all about. A big thank you to Demi who took my call and made it all happen, thank you!

5* and more.
5* and more.
I ordered a stock clerance pallet only to be informed that the pallets were broken and could not be supplied.
It created a huge problem due to chosen bricks not being redily available, Larry Zidoils kindly found a batch supplier up North and ordered on our behalf at
reasonable price and exediated delivery to make up for lost time. Thank you so much Larry
