Have bought a bike and a couple of bags…

Have bought a bike and a couple of bags from Brompton. Love supporting a truly British company, the bike itself is iconic in any case. The bags are good and I like the flexibility of the basket I've just purchased.

Perfect folding bike

I have bought the G-line-Electric (near my gravel-bike) for additional Weekend-City-tours or other short visits. It is the best one for this kind of short trips.

Nice bike, shame about the follow up support

3-5 days overoptimistic for delivery. Barely made 5 working days.
The assembly videos on your website did not play. YouTube did have some videos which I could use.
At least there was a manual included.
Glowing website for Brompton subscription. Poor customer support.

The product quality is excellent

The product quality is excellent, however, the pedal mechanism does not meet the standards expected of Brompton. I had to visit a local store to learn how to remove the pedal in order to pack the bicycle.
Even in today’s digital world, a high-end product such as this should be supported by accessible, real-person customer service. Lastly, your logistics communication needs improvement, it should be integrated directly into your website, allowing customers to track order status without being redirected to a third-party shipper.

My experience for the last 3 month for my bike was great one of the best decision i made to get my brompton c line tour de france im enjoying it especially in the city.And Big credit to the people who work in brompton junction in paris they a re really helpful they will assist you right away if i have question😁

This bike is not for race, is not for off-road, is not for jump. It is for city life.
Wanna tell, I did never ride the bike as much since I was young boy. It always in my vehicle and ready to go.
Vintage C line 6 Speed and New P-line 4.
Still can't tell which one is better..

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

I have never experienced such a staggering level of incompetence in my life. Brompton treats their customers like absolute trash.
I have a subscription bike that Brompton needs to collect. To date, they have missed EIGHT collections in a row. Eight. Let that sink in. Not once has a courier shown up, and not once has anyone had the basic decency to call me and explain why.
I have stayed at home like an idiot for eight whole days, wasting my life and my time waiting for a "premium" brand to do the bare minimum. Every time I contact their customer service, I get the same dismissive, robotic excuses. They clearly don’t take my requests seriously, and they haven't offered a single pragmatic solution to fix this disaster.
At this point, I have no idea how many more days I’m expected to sit around like a prisoner in my own home for this damn collection.

First-time Brompton owner

Hello,

This is my very first Brompton, and I couldn't be more excited. I've wanted one for quite some time. After placing an order for a C-Line Low-handlebar, I was disappointed to receive an email a few days later stating the order had been canceled due to availability. I was feeling pretty down. However, Karen from customer service went above and beyond to turn my experience around. She offered me alternative options, and thanks to her efforts, I finally got to own a Brompton. I was thrilled when it was delivered so quickly—absolutely amazed.

The quality of the bicycle truly impressed me; I see it as a beautiful piece of art on two wheels. There’s something truly special about a Brompton, and now I’m convinced of its uniqueness. This bike is more than just transportation; it’s a delight and a masterpiece.

Third trip out the electric assist has…

Third trip out the electric assist has failed error E not to be sorted out by user . I need to take it to a dealer.
All the support pages direct back to the manuals. No option to talk to anyone.

War halbes Jahr begeisterte Fan aber nach aktuellen Erfahrungen würde ich die Marke nicht weiter empfehlen.
Habe ein Brompton electric G line am 27.Juni 2025 über Jobrad gekauft. Bis Januar 2026 ca. 600 Km zurückgelegt. Dann auf einmal zeigte er Elektrikfehler an. Erst mal selbst alle Verkabelung geprüft, leider ohne Erfolg. Habe extra ein Gold Retailer Fahrradgeschäft zur Überprüfung ausgewählt wo ich auch früher gut beraten wurde. Das Fahrad ist jetzt seid 27.02.2026 zwecks Garantie Reparateur und direkten Service dort. Ersatzfahrrad nicht möglich, Fehler konnte bis jetzt nichts behoben werden. Soll laut Fahrradladen an Brompton liegen, da es nur einzelne Komponenten nach langer freigabe zuschickt. Sorry aber bei dem Preis sollte die Qualität von Service besser sein. Hätte mir doch lieber für die hälfte ein aus China holen sollen. Bei Garantie kann Brompton was von den lernen, schade.
