Brown and Ginger Avaliações

I would like to thank the founder Josephine for such a personal and smooth sailing service. I ordered the most magnificent giraffe lamp and a few days later was asked to pick a delivery day which I did. My purchase was delivered on such a rainy and windy day and was packaged exceptionally. I cannot rate this company enough, I will definitely be a life long customer.

Just purchased large giraffe floor lamp. Customer service was great with delivery arranged promptly and item delivered within the timescale advertised. Lamp is gorgeous, great quality and looks perfect in his new home.

Five days before Christmas I saw a perfect gift for my Beatle loving son on the Brown & Ginger site. Two days before Christmas I was holding the Abbey Road storage box. Really pleased with the box and the service from B&G at this busy time of year. Thank you.

Excellent service from the word go . The item I ordered had a little chip on it, but as soon as I emailed them Josephine got back to me right away and a replacement was sent out straight away. Can’t recommend the company and their after care support enough ! Especially Josephine ‘s help, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, and I intend to buy more products from them

These round mirrors are fantastic. Looking at the design ideas of the mirrors was brilliant . Initially my wife only purchased one mirror, but it didn’t give us the effect we wanted, so I looked at B+G and we purchased 3 more varying sizes of mirrors, perfect.
We are also so glad to be supporting local businesses and amazed at the next day delivery.

Excellent service, lovely high quality products, especially love the Christmas baubles.

Any issues with your order just email them and they will fully sort it for you ASAP. Good old fashion service - wish there were more businesses out there like this one.

Will defo be shopping for more of their gorgeous home products 😍

My experience at Brown & Ginger, and particularly with Josephine was fantastic. Her customer service went above and beyond. The selection is vast and beautifully curated, and a must-go-to if you are looking for unique, high-quality items. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I ordered a potted bamboo plant and also 2 antique style baroque photo frames. I received them all today and am very impressed with the quick turnaround, the quality of all the items and the excellent packaging. I am now deliberating between ordering a faux eucalyptus plant in ceramic pot or a large potted eucalyptus bush…

I can't recommend this site highly enough I've purchased multiple things over the years have always been overjoyed with the quality of my purchases. If your looking for something a bit different and something that's definitely eye-catching which I guarantee other people can not help but comment on there is no better place. I find the prices to be very reasonable, delivery prompt and so well packaged it is impossible for any damage to be done. My recent purchases have brought me a great deal of joy and makes me smile just looking at them. The owner's of the site are both professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with

Original shipment got lost in transit but as soon as I reported a replacement order was despatched via a different delivery company and it arrived very securely packaged the next day.
Second time we've bought from Brown+Ginger, but definitely not the last.
Great Customer-Service and Satisfaction.

Ordered the ceramic leopards they arrived the very next day.Securely packaged & boxed up as fragile. Fabulous quick service & at a very good price. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again & it’s good to order from the smaller companies to try to keep them in business.

I made a purchase that was damaged in transit. I contacted Brown and Ginger and received an immediate response. The item was promptly replaced and quickly dispatched. I have no reservations about dealing with this excellent company again

I came across this wonderful website when I was searching for a mirror and a specific accessory for my bathroom.

I found both on the website of Brown and Ginger. I placed my order and the items were delivered promptly.
