101 Mobility Company was very knowlegeable with the Bruno product. The product is reliable, looks sturdy and easy to use. I trust it to transport my mom up and down the steep staircase we have at home. It is a life changer and I am very happy with both the product and the company that sold/installed it.

The stair lift was installed as promised and works well. It’s easy to use. The only issue I have is the seatbelt. The placement of the seatbelt receptacle is at an awkward angle making it difficult to use. Other than that I am very satisfied.

Speed of having product in stock to the installation of product.

Installer was friendly, knowledgeable, kept everything clean. He answered questions, explained use and maintenance.

The Stairlift is just amazing.

quick set up for measuring and recommendation, followed by a reasonable bid. Workmen showed up on time and within about five hours work was complete and I took a test ride.

Well thought out design and execution

Absolutely Punctual.
It is rare these days to have services showing up at the doorstep exactly to the minutes that they have promised. This happened not only on the initial showroom appointment, and not only on the initial installation of the chairlift, which was done fast and clean. This also happened with a followup service call, for fixing a minor factory defect, on a big snowy day that almost brought the city to a halt. Kudos to Mr Easterbrook. We were totally satisfied with the product, the installation services and the professionalism of the staffs right from the first visit to the showroom.

Had a need, did my research and checked reviews and selected Bruno. Could not be more satisfied, the unit has been a great help to my wife combined with the safety it has provided.

Good . Staff friendly and efficient. Only issue is problem bypassing the hand rail on opposite side . Legs catch under it
