i HAVE TWO NEW STAIRLIFTS. The foot pad on the second steplift is not together. I love both of my stair lifts.

Lift works great, it is allowing us to stay in our home we purchased 53 years ago. From estimate to installation was fast, everyone was great to deal with. I am a veteran also.

Great sales people. Very well trained installers. Quick install from time of contract signed to install was less than one week. The only problem i encountered was i tried to go to their office only to find out it was only by appointment. This was not listed on the web site. But overall it was a good experience.

Footrest plate should be longer; my wife can't flex her knees far enough for her heels to catch the front of the footrest.
