The workers installed the chair expeditiously in just a couple of hours. It works well and enables me to navigate the stairs without assistance. There is minor bumps at the joints but other than that, it is great!

The stairlift is easy to use for my 95 year old mother.

Works perfectly and folds neatly when not in use. The two remote controls were great for me because I only use it for going down the stairs. I can send it back up to be ready for the next time I have to walk down the stairs or recall it upstairs if someone has had to move it to take something large upstairs.

Tony and his assistant were great. They installed the stair lift and several grab bars within a week of purchase. They helped us with placement of the grab bars.
My husband has balance issues; these improvements help him be more independent and I don’t worry as much.

The product is quiet, and smooth riding. We needed it serviced the first week because it was noisy, so we called our dealer and they sent someone out the next day. We found the staff informative to the products available and they were friendly.

I got the chair-lift to help with my husband's needs. He had been falling going up the stairs. It has been a big help for him. Now I find myself using the chair-lift also. We are both enjoying using the chair-lift.

The installation went very smooth, except the installers forgot to put in two major bolts along the support. They came out promptly to fix that and do some further adjusting. It works like a gem. What a great unit, so easy to get on and off and so smooth. I welcome it and will even more so in the future. It's a very fine unit, and I'll get years and years of welcome assistance from it.

We can't get over how it is such a quiet ride. It couldn't be easier to get up from the chair one it reaches the stop of our stairs.

Great service from the installer, a real nice guy. My wife loves them both. Will be a life saver with her upcoming surgery. We got one outside and one going into the basement. Only had them a few weeks, so far so good. They have a really a smooth ride and very quiet. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a chair.
