I thought I had an issue with the light on panel. I thought it was flashing red & green but my rep came right out to check and it was gold & green which meant it was charging

The installer was professional and courteous and very helpful. He made sure we were completely informed about the function of the chair lift. He was more than efficient and kind.

Appreciated being offered more than one option from which to choose. Warranty offered was better than rivals. Purchase was quick, respectful and not at all "pushy". Liked that supplier is located locally so that if service becomes needed, there is local resource.

My install was almost 30 days ago. This is my 2nd review. On my 1st one I gave everyone 5 stars even though one of the seats were damaged during installation. The installer reported it, but so far it has not been repaired or replaced. Have not even heard from anyone about it.

We were so happy that you were able to install this chair within days of our occupancy of our new town home. My husband cannot climb stairs, and without this stairlift, we would not have been able to purchase the home. Our friends in Virginia Beach own one of your chairs and they had done a great deal of research before purchasing it. The one selling point for us is that it is American made and we felt that should there ever be a problem, we would receive prompt service.

Your representative who installed my stairlift did so in a timely fashion. He also took the time to allow me to make a video of how operate the stairlift. His instructions were very clear and helpful. The chairlift will make my life so much more convenient and safe getting up and down the stairs. I’m very pleased with the quality of your stairlift.

We have two lifts. One to go to our bedroom upstairs and one to go to our TV and my office downstairs. My wife really likes it. It is a little slow but it really works well and is really appreciated. Tom Towe
