I am on cancer medication and afraid to use Castor oil. They refunded my amount and told me to keep the product. Tavio is one of the easier companies to deal with.

I ordered their castor oil product…

I ordered their castor oil product which took at least a month to arrive. I did not order a subscription. Now several months later, I find another charge on my bank statement identical to my previous order. I have tried to cancel it, but they tell me I have a subscription (which I don't). They don't even want to cancel this supposed subscription, but are giving me an opportunity to pause it. I have been offered a 15% refund and then a 25% refund. Isn't it generous to offer to give back 25% of the money they took? Stay away from this company!

Stephanie in customer service was wonderful at resolving my issue. I ordered this product but did not like the smell of it. I am sensitive to smells and this was just overwhelming. I canceled it and was promptly refunded. Then a month later I was charged again and told that my recurring order would be shipped. I immediately emailed the company a couple of times asking them to make sure they did not send it to me because I would not be keeping it. They seem like a great company although I did not even try the product due to the smell.

I did not see any improvement in my symptom, but to be honest I did not use it as often as I should have. I have a hard time, remembering things and setting new habits is extremely difficult for me.
I canceled my subscription and they were quick to honor my request without any problems.

This product is totally a scam

This product is totally a scam. It is NOT organic castor oil. It isn’t thick, it’s super thin. The oil has a strong fragrance that castor oil shouldn’t have. I have emailed multiple times and they aren’t responding to me. I want to cancel the subscription I didn’t even know I had and they just won’t get back to me. I also want to send the second bottle back as I am too scared to even put the random oil on my body. If there was a minus 1 star I would choose that.
I’m super disappointed there are people in this world like Tavio operating fully out of integrity. It’s very sad.

Is it real castor oil??

Besides taking over 2 months to arrive after ordering, I have tried to cancel the subscription numerous times and was notified again they tried to run my card again the other day.
Buyer beware.
The castor oil packs are nice quality.
