Hi everyone,
I have wrote a review last week named Liezel about this scammers buytavio, and if you noticed they have a responsed like the rest of the reviews here to look themselves good but don’t really do anything. Since they have charged the amount in my credit card of the oil I didn’t buy, I have sent them emails and asked to refund the amount and stop whatever it is they have done or doing..,charged happened in May 7 until now no response in my email but they have responded here in my review to sound them good. Today I just find it out weird through checking the invoice in the email sent to me on the 7th of May, appears the credit card number ending in 4digits recorded is not my credit card number. I checked my subscription in my phone setting as through my research it said that unauthorised or hidden subscriptions done by merchant normally appears in your phone by checking through Settings in your Apple ID then Subscriptions. Nothing appears that I am subscribe from them.
I went to their website and they have this “manage subscription”. If you click on it, it asks your email address and ask you to press Send. Then it gives you notification to check your email and the link on their email which is clicking a link nowadays is a big “no no”.
I am writing this to warn buyers online of purchasing from this merchant.

A great product. Annoying auto subscribe which I hadn’t realised was activated but nicely sorted by Ana with a prompt reply and cancel so I didn’t have to cancel my bank cards. Thank you

This store makes it impossible to contact them. They place orders and subscribe you without permission and you have no way of contacting them as they provide false links that go no where. I was introduced to them through shop pay and can’t even negate them with Shop pay which I will no longer use. Had to call bank and report fraud and close down my card. They defrauded me out of $45 dollars which is a lot for a product not requested.

The castor oil I received the bottle wasn't full, smells like perfume, is clear, and very liquid (unlike real castor oil). I was put on a subscription plan even though I only ordered one. It took over 2 weeks to get my product and I got it right before I went on vacation for 2 weeks and it was during this time the next product shipped before I was even able to try it. Terrible.

Buyer Beware!!!!
Said US product. But mailed from China???? Said delivered a month later in the afternoon to my mailbox. My mail comes in the morning and I was home and saw mail delivered that morning.. no product. Had to ask multiple times to get my money back and only after threatening legal action.

Beware! When you make a 1 time purchase there may be a SUBSCRIPTION attached. It was to mine. I got notification that my next order was being prepared for shipment. I immediately emailed to CANCEL. NO RESPONSE! After Shipment I received an email stating my order was already on the way. After 8 EMAILS, I was finally able to CANCEL “FUTURE SHIPMENTS!” I still plan to return the second shipment, unopened, and ask for a refund. Hoping they’ll honor my request.
I gave a 2 star because 1 star would not go through!

Glide has responded to my queries very quickly and has helped me feel less stressed while trying to figure out my problem and have it resolved. I feel well cared for and respected.

A bunch of crooks that sign you up for subscription so that they can automatically charge your card. They delay canceling subscriptions claiming that the account is being reviewed so that additional shipments can be sent. Overall, a bad experience with customer service.
