Customer service was friendly and offered an optional discount of 15% on the order. That was unexpected and appreciated. I gave a 4-star review because the company did not send me a warning that the subscription order was upcoming. I could have cancelled the subscription and avoided all of this trouble.
Also, the product is not worth the price. It was only a 6-8 oz bottle. You can get quality caster oil for much less on Amazon.

auto ship
I ordered thinking it was organic Castor Oil but it does have a scent, the ingredients don't show fragrance.
Now I'm concerned about the castor oil quality.
the wrap is way too heavy,not practical.
The Castor Oil is over priced.
Is it true the product is from China?
Amazon is a lot less money.
I also was auto- charged, I did not know they had that on the 1st order.
I would like to return the 1st order.
I sent several emails & have not heard back as yet.
I will have to contact my credit card company.
this has discouraged me from ordering online.
Automatically charging is no way to build trust.
I hope to hear back soon from Tavio customer service so my credit card Does Not get charged again.

How to cancel
I have received an email about an order being shipped because of a subscription, I did not sign up for a subscription. I like to buy product as I need and not on a subscription. The website has me going in circles with emails trying to cancel subscription. No one has replied to me. I guess the next step will be to call bank and block. Does anyone have a phone number where I can speak to an actual person?

They set you up on an automatic subscription and now no one answers my emails!!! When i was inquiring before purchasing they answered right away and asked for a review before it even came in and thats how i knew something was weird....

Good communication
I ordered castor oil a few months ago (no complaints about that one) but today I got an email thanking me for an order which I not make. Waiting for their email reply. This is unacceptable. I’ve had a similar experience with another company recently. This is a growing scam.Added update: Got a reply the following day. I’m pleased with the reply email from Steph the day after I emailed them and my order has been canceled and a refund is in the way. 5 stars for Steph!

I am only giving two stars because of their dishonest subscription service. I do not recall ever seeing anything when I ordered that this is a subscription. $40 for a small bottle of castor oil seems expensive to me. They have ignored my emails so far. I also ordered their castor oil pack but it is heavy and bulky and I only was able to wear it to bed one night.
Update: I received a response via Trustpilot that they were going to credit me my subscription order. Today I received an email saying that they couldn't credit my order. Not sure what to believe?
Update 2: I sent Louren a screen shot of their original response and he has refunded me the full amount. Thank you Louren!
