My original order arrived but the…

My original order arrived but the bottle of castor oil was broken.
I alerted Tavio and I have now received a replacement bottle.
Tavio and Mitch in particular were very pleasant to deal with.

I would never buy this product again

I would never buy this product again. I didn’t realize it shipped from China and it took over a month to receive my order. The worst part is while I waited I purchased handmade organic castor oil from Pretty Farm Girl. It’s thick. It isn’t scented. It’s bottled in an amber bottle - big bottle. What I received from Tavio is labeled organic castor oil. It cannot be true castor oil. It’s clear. It’s runny. And it smells like baby oil. The ingredients don’t show fragrance but it’s totally full of fragrance. This was a complete waste of time and money. The only good thing about it was waiting so long forced me to find a true and good source of castor oil packs.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. First of all, I did make an order back in February and it took them 2 months to fulfill my order. I finally received my order but the castor oil that I received is everything but castor oil. It had a fragrance whereas it's written raw without fragrance on the bottle and it was obviously diluted in water...So basically I ended up not using it and throwing it out. A couple of months later, I noticed a transaction in my bank account saying that I bought a new bottle of castor oil. I never enrolled for a "monthly" contract with them so I messaged them to cancel this new order as I never made it myself....Still waiting for an answer at this point. Can't believe this world is full of scammers.

Great product and customer service support

The customer service department is very helpful when I had a concern. Ana resolved it promptly.
I have found Tavio very helpful. I feel like I have a body detox during the night when I wear it.

Customer service

I was confused about an order and had sent an email to customer service. Ana within minutes had answered my question. She was quick and had explained what the problem was and the solution. They have excellent customer service.

DISHONEST

After purchasing a castor oil kit they took almost the same amount of money a month later. When queried they said it was an auto subscription. They use different versions of the TAVIO name, BUYTAVIO AND SP TAVIO. Instead of refunding me they want me to accept payment of this auto subscription that I never asked for. There was no mention of a subscription on my Order paperwork. They sent me an email asking me to subscribe to their mailing list. That is the only time I saw the word subscribe. Bad karma. They were getting away with it without being super greedy.

I am giving 10 stars for support Mitch

I am giving five stars for support, most notably, Mitch. He addressed my concerns quickly as somehow I was put on automatic subscription. He not only canceled that subscription, he refunded money for the second shipment, which I didn’t know was attached to my first order. I only wanted one order. He straightened everything out, five stars to admit. As far as the product, Maybe get one shipment, however, much cheaper to get your own castor oil and wrap because that’s all it is, and it’s a bit pricey for that. But as far as mitch, I would give him 10 stars.

Customer service

Customer service : Terribly obnoxiously persistent to the point of borderline harassment. I had to ask 4 times to cancel over the course of a few days.
The product itself is good in containing some mess but you can get similar quality oil for so much cheaper. Just another emotional impulse predatory subscription revenue for you to set and forget and then have to fight more than you should have to.10/10 do not recommend.

Unauthorised Subscription for Repeat Orders

Bought a wrap and caster oil bottle. It arrived THREE months later. Thought that was the end. But now they’ve set me up with a monthly subscription supply of a small bottle of caster oil. The price for this is astronomical, AND this is a fraudulent order not requested nor authorised by me, Beware of this scam - it’s widespread.

Update;

Despite my demanding that this fraudulent transaction be cancelled BuyTavio have ignored it and shipped the item. MASSIVE FRAUD - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY NOR ITS DELIVERY AGENT SHOPIFY.

Update 2:
BuyTavio have deliberately failed to respond to the fraudulent order. My bank account now shows payment has been made. I repeat that this order was not generated by me. Now I have to freeze my credit card and get a replacement. This will cause massive disruption to automated online payments and I will have to go through them and update them with a new account number. In all of my decades of online purchases I have never had an unauthorised order and payment as bad as this one. BuyTavio and Shopify are the very worst I have ever experienced, BOTH ARE GUILTY OF MASSIVE FRAUD. AVOID THEM BOTH LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Pausing auto renewal

Ivie helped me pause the auto renewal until I’ve had a chance to use the product to see if it works for me. I will decide in 90days if I want to continue with your product. Ivie was very prompt in her responses to me.
