Ordered over 3 months ago. Never received anything although the company said my package had been delivered on April 18th. Definitely a scam.

We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the delay and the confusion surrounding your order’s delivery status. We completely understand how upsetting it is to wait over 3 months without receiving your package, especially after seeing it marked as delivered. This is not the experience we want any customer to have.

To make things right, I’ve gone ahead and canceled the subscription on your account so that no recurring orders or charges will take place moving forward. I have also processed a full refund for your order. The funds should reflect back to your bank account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Quality Customer Service from a company that cares!

I reached out to the company first to inquire about my order. It had been a couple of weeks. Steph responded and assured me it was coming just to allow a bit more time. Shortly thereafter, I did receive my order. Then, I reached out again to Steph because I had some questions about applying the castor oil. She responded with clear and thorough directions. As well, she was very pleasant to converse with via email. I am a retired HR director and I must say Steph represents the company well! It’s refreshing to experience that!

GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

My experience with Tavio has been perfectly fine as in easy to order and the Tavio Pack itself is proving great and is very comfortable to wear all night.
In particular I would like to mention the Customer Service to be prompt and polite, especially the help I received from Christia being exemplary.
Five Stars all round.

To clarify, the zipper pocket is specifically designed to hold the Tavio heat pack and should not be used for castor oil. For proper use, apply the castor oil directly onto the soft cotton side of the wrap, which is the part that touches your skin. Once the wrap is in place, you can insert the warmed heat pack into the outer zipper pocket to provide gentle heat and help enhance absorption.

Great customer service

Great customer service, Christia helped me through the refund process. They do keep their word to refund if you are not completely satisfied. I didn’t realize I signed up for the automated subscription. She was able to refund my money promptly.

Over a month to get notified that it…

Over a month I ordered the product. 3 days ago I got notified that it was delivered and I never received it. Unable to contact business. Never buy from them. Complete fraud.
