because of pre-existing medical issues, I was unable to utilize this product; the staff was extremely helpful in the return / refund process; had no issues whatsoever with the entire procedure. would definitely recommend doing business with this company

My experience with customer service I felt was very genuine. I had concerns about delayed delivery dates. They were very prompt in their response and in reassuring me about my concerns. Along with being respectful and understanding on how I was feeling.

Over a month I ordered the product. 3 days ago I got notified that it was delivered and I never received it. Unable to contact business. Never buy from them. Complete fraud.

Deserve 0 stars but that’s not an option.
This company is a scam. It claims products sourced in the United States but ships from China. My order took months and then I wasn’t able to get it because they used FRAUDULENT postage for shipping so USPS would obviously not deliver it to me. I was instructed to contact the merchant. I have been trying to get a refund for weeks and have yet to obtain one and just keep getting the run around. They are a scam company with dishonest practices.

Juliene provided me with excellent customer service assisting me with additional information, product application and returns to accommodate my needs. Juliene was prompt, professional and super helpful!

Once I was able to connect with someone, my issues were taken care of. The system needs better communication. The email links do not work. I had to manually look up Tavio on the internet and use the communication link offered there.

Julienne was very kind. She offered me several options regarding my request for a refund. Although, I chose not to keep the product, she was nice and professional. In the end, Juliene gave me a full refund and told me to keep the product so I did not have to worry about shipping.

Easy to order. Great customer service! Unfortunately I needed to return the product because I couldn't use it due to pregnancy and Juliene went above and beyond to help me get my refund. She was caring and understanding throughout the process.

I had some trouble with the web site. I could not manage my account and stop reoccurring shipments as I had just received my first shipment and another was going to go out. Ava was very helpful and I am using the product now and so far I like it any will probably order more. But Ava made me feel better about everything, so well done!

My experience with Tavio was very positive because I had a very prompt, efficient customer service agent that handled my request to cancel. I am happy I was assisted by Ana. I would recommend Tavio to my friends and family. Looks like they really do stand by their products.

I made an order for $149 February 18, 2026 and I am still waiting as of April 18, 2026 for this order. I have attempted to email twice but emails never seem to go through. I wonder if it's a bogus company. Tracking my order is in China somewhere. Can't seem to contact anyone about this.
