Customer service. Called as website instructed for returns but no ENGLISH support. Spanish phones lines works fine with quick response. English options goes to voicemail to leave contact info then abruptly disconnects the call after stating their message. No option to leave my information. Called Spanish phone to ask if I could speak to English agent, the rep answers within 5 seconds but hangs up after my request for English. I called Spanish lines again, they are now refusing to take my calls. Been on hold for almost an hour!
