Was on the website browsing, and had put one thing in my cart. While still browsing I received an order confirmation without submitting anything. I thought maybe I had clicked purchase button and missed some things, but then I then noticed it was also sent to a random address. Which feels like a clear account fraud situation. I immediately outreached to let them know about it, and got no response. Days after I was told me there was nothing they could do because the package shipping, and that I could call USPS.

When I did that USPS told me the shipper was the one who had to initiate this. I wrote back and the customer service team, and they were absolutely 0 help and if anything snarky.

They offered no solution unless it was shipped back to them, which won't happen because someone else ordered it and sent it to themselves. They didn't even offer a replacement package, just a 'tough cookie', and honestly surprised I didn't get a middle finger emoji.

I've never loved their clothes but some of the stuff is nostalgic so have purchased a few times with them. However, after the piss poor customer service won't be doing so ever again.

The Cakeworthy style is on pointe in everyway! The pop culture designs are nostalgic and current, the quality is 100%. Whenever I wear your clothing I feel 30 years younger! I buy gifts for my friends/family. And the compliments and happy vibes from random like minded people in the wilds spread joy to my soul and the world.

I love cakeworthy so much. They make such fun clothes and it’s great quality and a great price. I had one small issue and they were able to fix it for me super quickly. I’ll order from them again and again.

Shipping was fast (less than a week) but confusing as the tracking number I received never worked. The sizing was perfect I'm normally a small and ordered the unisex small sweatshirt, it's a relaxed fit but not oversized at all. The quality is only okay for the price, it's soft but I was hoping it would be a little thicker for $79 CAD. There are a couple of loose strings but the embroidery was really well done. We'll see how it holds up in the future but I'm a little skeptical to order more at full price seeing as how the quality doesn't seem to match the price.

I ordered a hat for my upcoming Disney trip. The order took forever to arrive, and when it did, they had sent the wrong item.
After going back and forth with customer service, they won’t give me a refund but they are sending me the correct item- which now I have no use for because I’ve already gone on my trip. Very rude and very bad business.

But this order got lost and the customer service was awful,they replied promptly I’ll give them that but they were rude and unprofessional.neither cakeworthy or the post office was willing to help so i guess that’s 45 dollars for a shirt down the drain! I’m extremely disappointed.

Waited three weeks for them to send my item. Finally reached out and they had the gall to not even bother responding and just sent a refund notification. Will not be trying in the future.

Seriously the shitiest company ever! Ordered 2 bathing suits on feb 7th still don't have them and it is march 15th. Contacted the company at least 2 dz times..they responded one time...total shit company...do not order...and the company is out of California

The clothing is top-notch! The prints are bright, the fabric is tough, and the fit is unfailingly true. I appreciate that each piece is so detailed. Where else can you get such chic, quality pop culture apparel!?

How do I feel about my new flannel? The fabric is soft, the colors are rich, and the print remains vibrant. The fit is true to size and comfortable enough for a full day of wear. I love how these pieces strike a nice balance between nostalgia and here-and-now style while avoiding anything garish or flashy. The construction is very well done, from the stitching to the feel of the fabric. The shipping was quick, and everything arrived in great condition. I love the inclusive sizing, too — it’s really easy to find the right fit. The shop where you can get cool pop culture fashion with personality!

This company is literally unhinged. It honestly must be part of the customer service training because any time I have asked a very basic question they are just RUDE. Well, I referred my mom to the site and there was glitch and when she put in a promo code, it didn't take it and the site reloaded and placed her order without her clicking place order. The whole thing was WEIRD. Seconds after the situation, she contacted customer service and they refused to cancel the order or apply a promo code, but on her bank account, they were reversing and adding charges, so she had three charges listed. The conversation ended with the customer services telling us they were reporting us to their legal department for fraud. During the conversation, they refused to let us speak to anyone else or escalate to someone else or report the glitch we experienced because they said technical glitches are "impossible." I highly recommend staying away from this company because the lower level employees will not assist you in a productive way EVER. They won't value as a customer and GOD FORBID YOU HAVE ANY ISSUE, it will be your fault. Be warned.

I have been a Cakeworthy customer for a while! Ordering for years and never had a problem until recently. I think they have gotten too big and can’t handle the capacity of orders coming in. I pre-ordered an item and it still hasn’t come in. They have created TWO shipping labels for this item and it still is stuck in ‘USPS is waiting for this item’ I have had to reach out multiple times and they refuse to give me an update on when the item will arrive, only that ‘it shouldn’t be much longer’ this will probably be my last order. Bad customer service, and not really impressed anymore for the quality of item. Paying $60 and waiting over a month to receive it is pretty insane.

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order and every item was “out of stock”, they only issued a PARTIAL refund and did not reimburse my “credits”. I reached out to let them know I didn’t get a full refund for “out of stock items” and my credits weren’t reimbursed. They ignored my multiple emails for weeks, until I posted a review stating all of the above. They then emailed me and said because of my bad review they have deleted my account and blocked me from future orders. Never got a refund or any kind of closure. They were extremely rude and childish. I have 4 kids, so I have to budget for Christmas, to be scammed out of Christmas gifts for my daughter was extremely despicable. The quality is also not good, I’m being completely honest when I say SHEIN has better quality, I only bought from cakeworthy because the designs are adorable, so I figured I’d bite the bullet on quality. I hope my review stays up on this site, as cakeworthy deletes negative reviews on any site they can.

Never delivered the shirt and i should read these reviews BEFORE i buy....duh huh on me. Back to cc company for my money back. They want me to track down the package they lost. Ya, no thanks. Maybe these reviews need to hit Disney CEO desk too....

I bought Gizmo pajamas from them and they arrived this week. I wore them ONE time then washed them. I followed the washing instructions and washed hand them on cold, then laid them flat dry. The seam in the butt came undone.

I contacted customer support and they will not even exchange these. They will only do an exchange if it arrives damaged. But if the seam comes undone after one wearing they will not exchange them.

Mind you, I’m a repeat customer and have spent $608.11 with this store over the last few years. This is how they treat their repeat customers.

So I've ordered cakeworthy before years ago and never had an issue but like others, I should've paid more attention to more recent reviews and skipped it or ordered way earlier. I only ordered two things. It took them over 5 days to ship even though policy is 1-5, which is ridiculous as if they're some sort of bigger better business that can't ship out way earlier than 5 days, lol. The customer service isn't terrible, but they're a little rude and dry. I don't know where they pick these people up from but obviously they aren't happy people. They tried one of the oldest tricks in the book and AFTER I sent the 5 or 6th email, they sent an email saying it's been shipped but it was a lie. What they did was create the label until 3 days later and then ship it. The items I ordered I needed for a certain date and I don't even know I'll have it for that time and it's two weeks later than what I ordered. So even 2 weeks in advance, you can't order from these people. I've heard from friends that when you leave a bad review, they block your account and don't allow you to purchase from them, which is not only childish, hilarious and a sign of the mental state of their CEO, but ridiculous that they don't know you can order items through someone else and still get it, lol! Anyways, I wouldn't waste my time with these people. There are other third party companies like hot topic and boxlunch that sell their merch and it's way better customer service and you'll get it super fast. I really want to like the items that by the way, I haven't received yet, lol, but knowing the craziness you go through with them and horrible customer service and shipping, they deserve 1 star. One because the clothes are cute but I'll buy them from other parties in the future.

scammers, put people in negative points over asking for support, avoid this company like the plague they're just scammers. they delete reviews on other sites after being found that they will not deliver your items, but they can't remove them on trustpilot. the items are "cheap", but the cheapness shows in shoddy workmanship with clothes that immediately unravel and fall apart if they arrive at all. (they usually don't arrive.)

The sizing is awful and almost always wrong. You can order the same size in the same type of product and they'll be completely wrong. The items don't all arrive. They'll let you place an order for things that are out of stock and then tell you that you can only get store credit. The credit won't even be what you paid most of the time. You can't do exchanges if you've bought it on sale or at a discount. There's a reason you can't leave reviews on Facebook or Google. They don't want anyone to see the complaints.

Cakeworthy is a gem for those who love stylish fandom apparel. My Star Wars flannel is my ne favorite- it's unique, cozy, and shows off my fandom in a classy way. I'm excited to see what other designs they come up with next!
