I purchased a purse from this company, the pink Furby purse and a little over a month of light use has made both of the straps come undone from the purse. I don’t carry anything heavy in my bag to cause the handles strain, all I can think is there was some kind of defect. I contacted the company and they would not help me. I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted to exchange to faulty product, but they refused as it was just outside of their 30 day policy. They offered me a 30% off coupon on my next purchase, that was their resolution. It was a pretty gross experience for me from a company that started small and supposedly cares about our community.

Constantly coming out with new collections & items. They try to have something for everyone collection wise which is amazing because it's just inclusive. I love the fact that all the clothes are coed fitting essentially. I am more of an in-store shopper than online but when I do go online for something the service has been really good & I get the items pretty quickly. They also are very helpful in-store

Both shopping online and in store at Limeridge Mall are great experiences! I love rocking all my fandoms with Cakeworthy’s fun, bold AOP prints and cozy flannels.

The team is fantastic too. My first order that I ever made online I needed some help with, and customer service fixed everything quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed! And I’ve had the pleasure of chatting in store with Nikki, Brandon, and Sarah, and they’re all fantastic.

I love cakeworthy and got my husband and I Harry Potter house flannels items so much faster than when I used to order cakeworthy items and we live in rural Florida so I was impressed with the change. Also don’t mind waiting on the order because they are wonderful products and I love cakeworthy so much. I discovered cake worthy in 2020 and never stopped shopping since. They are a wonderful fit and I like to size up for that cute open look to wear a dress as well.

Great products and fantastic company! Love their AOP shirts. Customer care is top notch too. I’ve ordered many times over the last few years and will continue to again in the future. 10/10 recommend!

I Love the products, I love the quality, I love the themes and characters, I love the customer service, I love Cakeworthy! I have placed several orders directly with Cakeworthy (and I have purchased items from shop Disney as well) and every order arrived quickly and with no issues. The clothing runs true to size and the accessories are very well made. My favorite line released so far is the Barbie line, but I’m excited to see what other goodies are coming in the future.

I’ve been shopping at caekworthy for my autistic son for a couple years now. His favorite shirts come from here and we’ve never had an issue. Not only does he love the tag less approach bc of his sensory issues but he loves loves loves Disney so it’s a win win! Will definitely continue purchasing. Thank you cakeworthy for making my son happy :)

Have never had issues with cakeworthy! Ordered multiple times from them. If you are unsure of sizing check the reviews or go up a size! Customer service is A++++ had an issue with an item back in October and someone was able to send a replacement at no additional cost.

Cakeworthy is one of the most creative brands out there. There pop culture products are unique and colorful. I love their Disney aops and get tons of compliments when I wear them. Great loyalty program too!!

I’m so disappointed with this experience. I placed an order for a single item using a discount code sent to me. I’m not sure what the percentage was, but it saved me just under $10. Over a week later, the item hadn’t shipped. I contacted customer service asking them to either cancel the transaction or hold the package because I was about to start traveling and couldn’t have the item arrive while I was away. They agreed to cancel the order and explained away the delayed order processing due to it being a new release item that I had ordered. I wasn’t aware that the item was a new release when I ordered it - I’d only placed one order from this company in the past, so I’m not familiar with how they release new collections and how that could impact shipment processing times. Either way, I understood, thanked them for allowing the cancellation request, and told them I planned to reorder the item after my travels. Fast forward a couple weeks. I’m ready to reorder the item, and they won’t allow me to use the discount I used when placing the original order. I was told it was “used or expired.” Obviously it wasn’t used - that order had been cancelled due solely to a processing issue on *their* end. And if it is now expired, which I would have no way of knowing, it’s unreasonable (and honestly just sort of cruel) to not allow me to reuse it. I was prepared to place an order for a couple different items, and now I’m uninterested in supporting this company. To make matters worse, they seem to have ghosted my emails and stopped responding to them altogether. What a complete disappointment.

Amazing clothes but a bit strange with their business practices. My tracking info was uploaded when I purchased, and a whole month later there was no movement so I contacted them for a refund. They responded saying that my parcel had miraculously started moving again and would continue on its way to me. I find that quite a strange coincidence that it only started moving from their warehouse when I contacted them for a refund, lol. It seems they just forgot to ship it out and wanted to hide it. But Hopefully it gets here safely.

So I actually order from this company often. This is the first complaint I ever really had to make about them.
However its bad enough that I have to make sure others know what the problem is. I ordered a flannel from cakeworthy like I normally do. This time the flannel didnt quite fit like my past ones did. So I requested to return the produced via email.
I was provided with a return label via email. Which was cool, but not since no one on this day and age has a printer. So I had to go the plunketts which is a card store with a little post office in it. Its not the actually post office but they do contract with the post to do business.
I am assuming its because theyre a card store. Anyway I print out the label and give the package to the gal behind the desk at the post. About a week later I sent an email and was advised to wait. Then contacted them a week later and they tell me I didnt sent it back.
Mind you I am having to do this all through email. You have to go through the website and then it asks you if youre a robot. It kept asking me over and over again. So I kept having to do it.
Then the customer service rep accused me of spamming them when it was their site that was screwing up. They do not have a customer service number. So I keep getting the same response which is because they dont see it was sent back. They was no room for grey area or any type of understanding in anyway.
This isnt a math equation this is a simple lost package. Out of the 15+ orders Ive made this just so happens to be the first problem. I could understand if I presented with this very same issue every single time. For goodness sake though I just want my flannel!
I dont understand why the conversation cant move further than we cant see that you dropped it off. Well other than standing beside me in line there is no other proof for that Im sorry for that. I would still like my flannel though.
My suggestion is just dont buy from them. Its not worth deal with thiefs.
