New Awning came complete with all accessories, fitted easily back into the bag for transport and extra easy to inflate / peg out.

Visited the caravan show in October at the NEC we wanted a full all season awning the camptech Atlantis caught my eye fab salesman from wandahome helped to pick the correct size for our twin wheel caravan went on to also purchase a camptech porch awning and a pull on sun shade really pleased with all purchased fab price and the blinds on the full awning will make life so much easier as hate messing with curtains
We previously had a camptech awning and loved it only brought new as upgraded to a new caravan which old awning wouldn’t fit 😃

We bought the camptech count dl awning on the day we collected our Bailey unicorn Barcelona 2018. The quality is far superior to most awnings at any price range but at the retail price it’s just unbeatable. Dead easy to put up in 15 minutes with two of us. And it looks stunning

Lived in caravan for one year while we renovated our home, we had the Camptech Savanna Awning, purchased from Norwich Camping and Leisure, it was amazing. Even in the coldest days and nights it kept not only dry but retained a degree of warmth. If we had gone out and came back late with snow and ice outside it was still dry and not damp in the awning. We stored so much inside, building materials, coats, shoes and even the tumble dryer! Cannot recommend this awning enough it was a game changer and made our year so much easier.

I had an awning issue, spoke to Camptech directly who advised I needed to speak to my supplier. The awning was sorted within a week or so without too much hassle and my awning is ready for another holiday. The girls on the phone have been so friendly and helpful with all my questions they are a credit to Camptech

Purchased Camptech Atlantis DL in 2019 and have just taken it down after its 4th season up on our seasonal pitch (did not use in 2020 due to Covid restrictions).
Had other makes of awning previously but found this to be the best value for money.
Still in great condition apart from expected discolouring due to length of time that has been pitched. Fabric and steel poles are of a high quality and considering it has been battered many times in some pretty ferocious storms, it has withstood well with no ripping or tearing.
When we come to replace in the future, will certainly be purchasing Camptech again

I have owned a camp tech full awning for a couple of years now and only used it a handful of times. The plastic tubes connecting the air beams keep splitting and I have had to replace multiple sections. The plastic used for the tubes seems to be poor quality and does not last. Hence the 12 month warranty. Save your money and avoid these awnings.

Bitterly disappointing.

I purchased the Hampton Camptech Air Awning around the middle of February 2024 and here’s my honest review.
The good points : the fabric is good and hasn’t faded yet after 6 months and because of the air vents there’s no condensation.
Bad Points : There’s not enough material around the bottom to reach the ground even though I’m on fairly flat ground! The ladders that come with the awning aren’t enough to hold it down. No ropes came with it !
Heavy rain will come in through the zips due to not enough material to cover over the zips and no Velcro to hold in place! I have a video as proof. I’ve never seen water come in through zips on any of my cheap previous awnings.
Stitching hasn’t been finished properly and has come away especially noticeable at the doors.
Inner poles have no holders so in turn has ripped/ split the material at the bottom and flaps about in the wind.
These are simple things that Camptech has overlooked but a pain for the user. More attention to detail would make this a better product !

Had my Camptech air awning for 2 years but only used 5 weeks in total. Not the cheapest to buy and looked good quality but whilst away one of the air beams ballooned out of its casing and split all the roof. After taking it down we inspected all the roof beams and to our horror every one of the casings had rotted away and were all about to balloon out. Cheap materials are used that don’t last. I emailed Camptech who blamed us for over inflating! We never over inflated it and also let air out in hot weather. They suggested repairing it, it’s beyond repair! We have 30 years of caravan experience and this is the worst awning we have ever had. Don’t waste your money on Camptech.

we paid over a thousand pound for a camptech awning its been up fr one month the poles bent and snapped at the corners the material stretched and gathered water it collapsed 4 times thousand pound wasted, gave up and bought an isabella awning didnt bother contacting supplier as they would find some excuse as to why this has happened

1sent Wrong polls and when I said they had they said they do not make mistakes. Eventually, they admitted they had sent the Wrong ones which they sent me the right one out .
2 got Someone to put it up who's been doing it for 30 years?
Then took it down after a couple of weeks as came off. Site caravan went into storage. Coming up to a year this august and not used awning since ..
New site about 6 weeks ago but never put awing up as of bad weather then about 3 ago same Person put it up again and realised the corner of the stitching was coming away. And we couldn't get the tension, right?
So it it had been up for a week and obviously with rain they said It has stretched it even though. I was in the caravan when it was heavily raining and tried to get the water off. Took it straight back down. Got in touch with supplier.
They said it is not a seasonal. Awning in which I understand now. But my argument is it has not been up. Used as a seasonal pitch as far as I'm concerned using it for a few weeks at a time. Does not count as seasonal. Correct me if I am wrong So left with an awning which I have to take to get repaired. No pickup and will not honour the warranty.....
So people if you use camp tech, make sure you ask all the right questions. I thought I had at the time of purchase but their word against mine.
Warranty is not worth it. Paper, it's written on... Received email today. I can't reply to it To explain it has not been used at all for a season even though. I was on a seasonal pitch for a few weeks.

I bought a Atlantis dl awning there was a problem with it I contacted the shop were I bought it they contacted campteck who promptly picked it up to send to there assessment centre but unfortunately DHL lost it so I contacted campteck my self all I can say is that the lady that took my call could not be anymore helpful and after a day of her looking to locate awning still not found she placed a new order that day for next day delivery for a brand new one once again I would like to thank the lady who helped sorry should of ask for her we tend to post negative feedback and not a lot of positive I would give her 5 stars for her help

Erected my camptech buckingham and notice hole where stiching giving way messaged the seller who messaged camptech and said I orderd wrong size not knowing how mtly caravan is sited on blocks and blamed the awning size .bemused as hole was there before I erected awning .going to trading standards as stiching was giving way. Advise leave campetch awning alone stay clear pay cheap get crap wipe ass with guarantee

We bought a Camptech awning for our Bailey Caravan last year to replace a Vango blow up batten type awning.
The Camptech is a metal pole type and is absolutely fantastic and we don't suffer from punctured air beams anymore.
We are really pleased with the after sales care from Camptech on replacing a small part that we lost. Their customer service is superb!

Bought a camptech Buckingham last year put it up on seasonal pitch just before Easter had heavy rain and collapsed went and retensioned and collapsed the next day again but bending the flimsy poles and ripped the awning contacted the supply and told to claim on caravan insurance didn’t even get a chance to use it we’ve been caravaning for over 30 years and it the worst awning we’ve had

We purchased an air awning, sleep pod and windbreaker from Camptech.
Easter weekend we were on the sea front on windy days. They all held up fine.
After the weekend we travelled to Perranporth for 5 days. The weather there was horrendous. Thursday night the wind picked up to 55km and hour. In our van it felt like we were being towed down a dirt track at 90 miles an hour. Panicked that the awning, pod and windbreaker were going to be found in another county the next morning.
We shouldn't have worried. Not one of the items had moved, ripped or damaged in anyway.
I would recommend Camptech products to have peace of mind on your trips.

I bought a camptech awning for my hobby caravan only 7 months ago and it has been the worst awning I have every bought the poles are so flimsy the material is so weak and I try get in contact with camptech The phone number just rings and the mailbox is full and the email takes you to sales would not recommend anyone to buy off them payed over a £1000 pound and been ripped off

Husband and I attended the caravan and camping show in Glasgow on the 2nd February, visited the Camp Tech stand and were interested in one of their all season awnings. We were helped by a lovely lady called Audrey and a colleague, who was also helpful. Anyway ordered it there and then, expecting to wait at least 2 weeks! It was delivered today, 4 working days later! Brilliant service, now to try and put it up! :-)

Do not recommend the Saturn 260 lightweight awning I purchased in October. Late at night an animal, probably a cat or possum, ran across caravan roof on to the awning fell through it. Either it is really poor materials or the awning is old and perishing. Either way I'm not really very happy.

Purchased a Count dl seasonal porch awning in february 2023 but had to await delivery, which I knew about, until April. When it came it was minus the storm straps, which were ordered at the same time, and were out of stock when contacted them, however they did arrive 3 weeks later. The awning was erected in April 2023 and had some very slight leaks on the stitching but after the awning had been wetted a couple times by our british weather the stitching expanded< Wethering they call it < and happy days from then on remained perfectly dry for the full season until taken down early October. The awning has not sunfaded unlike more expensive variants on the site. The external blinds are ideal to protect the windows and after 6 months erected the complete item still looks like new. The space is also terrific. We did fit the extra rear awning poles to keep the cushion pads tight against the caravan and fitted 4 storm straps to the clips provided and even in some of the highest winds it never flinched. I would recommend this particular awning to anyone
