2 times NO showed!!!

Gave me a 10 hour window for a delivery of 4 tires. No one showed up. When I called them I was put through to a distribution centre where I was yelled at when I asked for the items to be delivered and the person told me they would send them back if I didn't come and get them. I explained that I did not have a vehicle large enough to transport 4 tires, he told me he didn't care and hung up.

I called Canpar again and explained. They apologised and re-scheduled a delivery and I waited again all that day and nothing was delivered!!!

I tried to escalate to a manager and still no response and still no tires that I paid 1200 dollars for!!!

I would give a 0 if I could. NEVER USE THEM!!!

Si je pouvais mettre 0 Etoile je l'aurais fait, des gens vulgaire au telephone, n'aide en rien, ne peuvent meme pas me dire ou est mon colis avec un num de shipping.

No delivery, no customer service, no hope

No delivery, called, told item would be delivered next day. Took day off work to be home. No delivery, called, told item would be delivered next day. Took day off work to be home. No delivery attempt called, told would be delivered following Monday. I cannot take the day off work. They said I can pick up item, but only from 6:30 am to 9:30 am from some warehouse, god only knows where. Cannot do this. They can’t deliver until Friday when I will be home. Who knows if my item will be delivered. At this stage, I have no hope

Avoid like a plague

When my e-bike vendor told me they had sent my new purchase from BC to Edmonton through Canpar Express, I started to panic and imagined a million and one things that could possibly go wrong with the delivery.
Guess what, they fulfilled the expectations set by their image. They delivered an e-bike worth over $3,000 to a different address 5 mins drive away....Interesting!!!!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, my package arrived in Calgary on March 16th didn’t go out for delivery, on the 17th it was loaded on the wrong truck, on the 18th nothing happened. On the 19th they tell me the driver forgot to take it off the wrong truck. Everyday they make a new mistake and make no reparations for past mistakes. I would never hire this company for a delivery. I wasn’t surprised they have such poor reviews. Here’s hoping my package gets to me one day….

Service absolument inacceptable

Service absolument inacceptable. Le livreur a indiqué que l’accès à l’adresse était « impossible », alors que la rue était parfaitement dégagée et que, le même jour, Canada Post et Purolator ont livré sans le moindre problème.

Il ne s’agit clairement pas d’un souci d’accès, mais d’un manque de sérieux ou d’effort de la part du chauffeur. Ce type d’excuse est difficilement acceptable quand plusieurs autres transporteurs réussissent à faire leur travail dans les mêmes conditions.

Résultat : livraison retardée sans raison valable, aucune tentative réelle, et un client qui perd son temps.

Si vous cherchez un service fiable, passez votre chemin.

Wow, just wow..

Said my package was out for delivery on a Friday..
then Monday and Tues. I called customer service on Wednesday they were no help whatsoever was told driver was out of hours, then truck broken down. I called a second time Wednesday when the customer service re told me it was ready for pick up at the local warehouse ?? threw me off a little, didn't know I had to go pick it up. So away I went to local warehouse (only 15 min away) to pick it up. Well a whole host of new attitude there. did find a nice lady there in the warehouse who was helpfull. When they came out with the package the box was beat to heck. Nothing missing thank god. would not recommend Canpar courier.

Not recommended

Not recommended at all. Delivered my package somewhere else. The address given dont exit. The kind person who received it finely drove himself to drop it off after 10-11 days. He said he called them but no one came for pickup. Seller accused me for lying of not receiving. If I didn't have the camaras, I dont think they would've believe me. Beware.

AVOID AT ALL COST - NOT WORTH YOUR TIME

Since February 25th I have ben trying to get a return package picked up from my house. I have got 4 different pickup codes, no one showed up. Whenever I call the CS they tell me it will be picked up today. When I ask if not today, will they come tomorrow- and the answer is we do not know ??????????
It is super frustrating and if it weren't a return, I'd send my package with another courier long ago.

AVOID CANPAR AT ALL COSTS

AVOID CANPAR AT ALL COSTS. They are thieves and frauds. They lost over $1000 of my goods and tried to blame it on me despite me having photos of my full pallet. They will de-palletize your goods, lose them, and then try and blame you for their screw ups.

The company demonstrated unprofessional…

The company demonstrated unprofessional conduct. An initial delivery attempt was made to the incorrect residence, and despite acknowledging their mistake, they deliberately delayed the delivery process. I was required to be available daily to sign for the shipment; however, they failed to deliver over the following three days. During this period, the system indicated that the delivery was scheduled each morning. When I contacted customer service to express my concerns, they stated, “oh the package was never out for the delivery but for sure today,” although this assurance was not repeated the following day. I am concerned that my package will not be delivered at all, as four days have elapsed since the original delivery date.

Delivered to wrong address

I received notification that my package was delivered yesterday, February 26th, 2026 and it was signed by (name withheld). You guessed it, no package! I called customer service and was told that they have to "investigate" the delivery. The proof of delivery was a picture of a receiving dock?? Not at my house!!
This morning I got a call from a company I my town, that they received two packages in my name.
The company name is not even close to my name or my address!!!
Needless to say, no follow-up from Canpar.
Horrible company

They are the worse delivery service

They are the worse delivery service. I have waited sometimes a month for a delivery. Unfortunately UPS uses Canpar in Muskoka. I do my best to tell the company I am ordering from DO NOT USE UPS. Be warned.

Worst courier ever !!!

Worst courier ever !!!! Lost my 9 parcels that have been picked it up by the canpar staff in my house . After a couple of days no tracking update for each parcel in the system . I called them and says might be the driver didn’t scan the parcel that’s why there is no update ! (So ,where does my parcel go ) . They said they will try to find the parcels (took 3 months but no progress ) , suggested a claims but they said not on their part as the parcel was mainly on chitchats selects and they just booked to pick up and hand over to them . Chitchats select doesn’t response to my emails for claim too. Both of them CANPAR AND CHITCHATS , doesn’t even help to find my parcel nor claim for its loss .

9 parcels worth 1000cad ! A big loss to my small business!

Im working fair , working hard ! , but this company that I tried to trust , fooled me !

La pire expérience avec une compagnie de livraison que jai eu de ma vie

Plusieurs points,

1) J'ai du attendre une journée de plus, car le livreur prétendait ne pas avoir pu rentrée dans mon immeuble (jai des gardes de sécurité 24/24 et jamais aucune autre compagnie ma signalé un tel problème)

2) Le support en ligne est terrible, des réponses a chaque 10-15 min ( ce qui peut étaler une conversation sur plus de 1H)

3) le support au téléphone est terrible, les répondants sont très nonchalants et pas très dégourdi!

4) j'ai du convaincre les support qu'il prenne mon numéro de téléphone pour le donner au livreur (pour ne pas qu'il me redonne l'excuse de ''il y avait personne'' et que je sois obligé daller chercher mon colis a leur entrepôt)

5) Bref après de nombreux appels et une obligation de stimuler leur débrouillardise, il est finalement arrivé a mon immeuble, mais il était seul et ma commande était une table de 200 lb. J'ai donc du laider a le sortir de son camion et le monter moi meme jusque dans mon condo (sans son aide évidemment, après le colis débarqué du camion il est parti)

Overall la pire experience avec une compagnie de livraison que jai eu de ma vie. Bcp de stress, gestion et perte de temps.a pire experience avec une compagnie de livraison que jai eu de ma vie

JE NE RECOMMANDE ABSOLUMENT PAS, je suis même très surpris que cette compagnie n'ait pas fait faillite a l'heure ou j'écris ce review.
