Complete fiasco!!!

I ordered an item costing almost $700.00, which was to be shipped by Canada Post (Expedited Parcel) , for which I paid. It was shipped by "Canpar Courier" who couldn't even bring t to the front door, but left it on the stairs to the back deck in the snow. Lazy idiots!

Sorry excuse for a carrier!

If a negative 5 star rating was possible, this is exactly what this excuse for a carrier deserves. Can relate to most of the absurd experiences posted and ended up spending 4 out of 5 days working from home with zero feedback from dispatch or driver. Insanely, carrier claims "consignee not home" on all 4 days I was home, despite never ringing buzzer or knocking on the door, blank notice left behind... really guys, why even bother at that point? Condescending and lying customer service where incompetence would be an understatement. They bullshit you in all possible ways and basically you're on the hook to pick up your own parcel at their Lachine depot who can't even accommodate people with a standard work schedule, let alone opening up weekend hours. You can't make this stuff up!

This is the worst courier company I…

This is the worst courier company I have ever dealt with. Basically the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. The tracking app is a joke. I waited day after day as it said my product was on the way to be delivered to me that day to only not show up and start again the next day. I gave the company 1 star but really they deserve no star

Not reliable and unorganized

I recall never receiving my parcel from the a while back. But now they were selected by a seller to pick-up a parcel from me and didn't give me a time line, like ecen 12PM - 5 PM would help.

They just gave me a date and expect me to be available for 24hrs.

Canpar

Canpar, tried to deliver to our house and no one was home. It was brought back to the depot that is only open Monday to Friday 9-4pm, we contacted the agent to have it sent to another depot with better hours. Was told it would be sent there the next day! it never arrived! Tried to track the package down and was given conflicting information. called an agent again and was treated very badly, asked to speak with a supervisor and was told NO! DO NOT use this courier, if you have an option! They are terrible!!!

Très mauvais service sur tous les…

Très mauvais service sur tous les points un petit paquet de lachine qc a degelis qc 500km ca fait 2 semaines toujours pas reçu ...leur tracking ne fonctionne tous simplement pas ...le service a la clientèle ne save rien de rien on va pas souvent dans ce coin en même temps il rentre 30000$ de pièces dans une semaine ici sans problème mais pas avec canpar

Incapable de respecter l'heure de ramassage

Incapable de respecter l'heure de pickup, et je donne toujours 6 heures ouvrables. Service a clientèle fermé très tot, Menteurs qui dise aviser le chauffeur mais ce n'est pas le cas. Demande de camion plus gros vu l'envoie de plusieurs colis, m'envoie un petit camion qui peut rien prendre. Chauffeur irrespectueux, refuse de prendre des colis. Tu as beau lui expliquer que le commerce ferme a 16h, il passe a 17h, 18h, 19h...... ou jamais. Un colis a été en attente de pickup durant 3 semaines, 15 jours ouvrables, avant qu'il passe le ramasser. Service incompétent. Le Express est pour la facturation seulement.

Pickup service is really bad!

Pretty much every time I have booked with Canpar for pickups, they either don't arrive as promised or arrive after 8 pm. This has become so severe that I'm no longer shipping with them. My money is good anywhere, so why deal with a badly managed company where they don't give a damn about your small business?

Horrible Service

I was supposed to get my package 4 days ago, with the only note in my tracking saying "unspecified delay". It keeps saying was supposed to deliver end of x day, but never does. It's been in my city for 5 days already, and has said it's been "out for delivery" for the past couple days. No update, customer service is very unhelpful.

Whose honesty?

Honest, helpful and constructive...
Canpar drivers - or at least one of them - is a liar: I was expecting a delivery at 7 Page street, and at 11:50 I was on my threadmill by the window; I saw the Canpar truck pass along Clinton Ave, there was no obstacle at the crossing and I was at home. At the very same hour, 11:50, the driver reported on the tracking record: "unable to access locality" !

HAD TO RESCHEDULE A PICK UP 5X AND STILL NO ONE IS PICKING UP!!! OTHER THAN YOU LOST MY FIRST PACKAGE NOW YOURE NOT PICKING UP THE RETURN PACKAGE!!!!!!!!

Loomis/Campar

Impressive that Loomis/Campar, a company that proudly calls itself “Canadian,” has managed to stay in business this long. Deliveries happen whenever it’s convenient, tracking appears to be purely decorative, and customer service is nowhere to be found. Judging by the endless negative reviews, this isn’t bad luck—it’s the business model. Either management never reads customer feedback, or they do and simply don’t care. Either way, it’s an embarrassment for a so-called proudly Canadian company.

No effort from their couriers and poor communication

The tracking number that I received was incorrect so I was never able to track my package. Later, they called me and said the package could not be delivered to our apartment (never had any issues with any other delivery service). I was told that they would deliver to one of their "SMARTSpots" but nothing happened and I was never notified. Ended up driving an hour to pick up the package from their warehouse.

Worst Courier Ever

Ordered car parts from a vendor that shipped by Canpar. Two small identical boxes were shipped. One was received a day past the expected date, the other I'm still waiting on. Online tracking shows the missing box going from S. Ontario to Ottawa, to Lachine Quebec. I live in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario - the missing box has gone the opposite way of where it is destined. Past situations with Canpar are similar. Never on time, slowest of all couriers serving my geographical area. Don't know why vendors use them, it boils down to a disservice to the customer.

Not sure why they are called Canpar "Express." Maybe "Canpar Lackadaisical"

1) answer your phone 2) have an email listed (because you don't answer your phone 3) return calls 4)when customers track thier items and it says "expected today"...deliver it on that day. I have been told it is out for delivery and expected "today" for 4 days.

This company is hard to reach, don't answer messages/callbacks and completely mislead customers about delivery dates.

In future if this is the company that Amazon uses I will shop elsewhere. Very frustrating company to deal with and entirely unreliable.

Package was coming from Ontario to…

Package was coming from Ontario to Vancouver. Some delay due to weather which is understandable. Package arrived in Vancouver 1 AM Saturday. As of the following Tuesday at 4:30 PM, I still have not received the package even though it was flagged as "Priority". I spoke to a person on the phone who told me 'she's just doing her job". Please avoid using Canpar. Horrible service !! Horrible people !! They should be out of business.

Never get items

I already know that anytime I order something from a website and it gets transferred to Canpar that I will not be getting the package.
They are terrible at following any directions and always just hold my packages and then send them back to the sender without even attempting a delivery.

Avoid at any and all costs

Avoid at any and all costs, they may be cheaper but you won't get your packages!! Been waiting 4 business days for my packages that are sitting in a truck since the 16th, now the 20th. Perishable and expensive means nothing to them, all they can provide is excuse after excuse and lie after lie!!! Not one person is capable of doing their jobs, everyone I've had the displeasure of dealing with is beyond ignorant, dismissive and clueless. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Highly pathetic.

Extremely unprofessional and negligent service. Our parcel has still not been delivered even after 20+ days. The courier company shipped the parcel to an incorrect terminal, causing unnecessary delay. Despite this mistake, the tracking system continues to show false delivery dates from past days, even when checked later. This is misleading and unacceptable. There is zero accountability and no proper customer support. We strongly warn others to avoid this courier company.
