Driver came with attitude towards gatehouse staff; didn't want to deliver to my door & wanted to leave with gatehouse staff that doesn't accept packages; made no effort to contact me & left. I called customer support & they informed me that the driver would come back that day or the next, but instead never showed & I found out afterwards, he just dropped off my package at the UPS store for me to pick-up; terrible, what a way to start-off the new year !!!

I would give this company a -1 if I could. They are absolutely terrible to deal with. I ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered over night and here it is a week later and I still have not received it. I tried the chat online to track package and it told me that the package was on hold for 5 days and being sent back to the sender. I called and the agent was rude and unhelpful. He told me I had to wait 24 hours to hear back from another agent to explain what happened to my package. He also asked what was in the package which is non of their business. I would never ever recommend this company or ever use them again.

Wish I could give a 0. Useless courier service if you never deliver your packages. Mine was sent out for delivery at 9am Dec 31 and at 3pm they changed the status to...sent out with the wrong delivery driver. Like what does that mean. When I called to see if I could drive to the warehouse to pick up they told me the item was still on a truck somewhere and wouldn't be back in the warehouse until Jan 2nd. They probably said that for all the packages that were left on the trucks at 3pm today so they could leave early and start partying. It was my replacement modem so I guess im going to have a couple of quiet days waiting to see if they ever get their shit together and deliver it. I will be sure to not deal with companies who use Canpar in the future as they are the most unreliable delivery service out there.

Ordered a generator from Ankor Solix, surprised they used Canpar without reading their reviews. Product gets to Burnaby Dec 23 and suddenly get a notice from Ankor that they are having handling issues and to contact Canpar. Phoned numerous times and system hangs up 30 min to an hour waiting on the phone. Chat system totally useless, fill out the required info and its AI stated you need to talk to an AGENT. Type in AGENT and then tracking number and it kicks you back to the beginning with AI system. Tracking system states delivery Dec 30 , and now that has disappeared and its back at the Burnaby warehouse Dec 23. We are going on vacation, I don't trust any of their delivery solutions. Will not deal with Canpar or Ankor Solix again.

This company is only out to scam people…
This company is only out to scam people into paying extra fees. They claim “failed delivery” when the delivery wasn’t even attempted to be made. I have been expecting a mattress package in the mail. Sometime between 10 pm and 11pm they stuck a failed delivery sticker on my door. However I was home, waiting, there was no knock on the door, no bell rang, literally no attempt. I KNOW the time it was stuck out there because I had gone out for a smoke at about 10:15pm and again at 11pm, there was no notice on the door at that time. The second time they “failed delivery” they had tried to deliver it to my neighbors house instead of mine. That neighbor was out of town so I didn’t even get the notice until 2 days later. Now this company is saying that unless I pay them extra, or drive an hour and a half we can’t get our package. I am disabled and have a broken back so clearly I can’t do that. We are now going to be out hundreds of dollars if they send it back to where we bought it because we didn’t get notified properly. Trying to get ahold of someone to speak to at this company is near impossible, and when you do finally get through after waiting on hold for an hour. You won’t even be able to speak to anyone who can 1.help you 2. Works in the same province, or country. So they don’t even know the time conversion 3. Knows where your package is even located. It was like pulling teeth to find out where the local wear house even was. The company won’t even release the name/address of where you can go to pick it up without sitting on hold for hours. If I could rate this company even lower I would because they are not only completely incompetent, but they are obviously out to scam people by refusing to deliver so you have to continue paying extra fees.

This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.
If I could give zero stars I would. I was expecting a package today, but the driver for some reason couldn’t find the address which I find Ludacris. There are many many couriers that come to this building and have never had an issue. I called customer service just as useless. I will for sure when I order anything for in future that I ask, they not use this company for delivery or I won’t purchase what an incompetent company just a bunch of idiots. I am so angry.
Incompetent Courier
DHL is the shipper but they passed my package onto Canpar.
The Canpar driver left me a delivery attempt notice slip which has a section at the bottom where I can fill out instructions and sign it for the driver's next delivery attempt. Next attempt, I was home but the driver didn't notify me and to make it worse, they ignored my instructions.
I spent almost a couple hours on the phone for customer service (which barely speaks English and mutters in the phone) only to be informed that the driver is not allowed to follow the instructions on the notice and they're not allowed to contact me during the delivery.
They also gave me the address as to where I can pick up the parcel but it's roughly a quarter way across my province and the only alternative they gave me is to hire a different courier to have it delivered, which requires me to pay for shipping again, with no guarantee that I wouldn't end up in the same situation again.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with a courier, who based on my impressions, doesn't even want to deliver anything.

not impressed! One attempt made for delivery after waiting 2 hours on the phone to get through to anyone. I was told another attempt would be made. That didn't happen. I had to go and pick up parcel which was too big and heavy to carry. I am a senior with disabilities - thank goodness for the kindness of strangers who helped me get it to my car.

How can anyone be RESPECTFUL towards this company when I want to shoutoutloud. Why this company even exists, if they are not interested to deliver. Lots of WHY'S among various platforms but who cares. Does the management cares. No, they don't. And WHY THE BUSINESSES USE THEIR SERVICE THEN? The chat system vanishes to the 1st page like a proof, magic!!! The customer support.. huh!!! Waited 56 minutes listening their irritating music and the moment I spoke, they HUNG UP on me. NO, I WAS NOT DISRESPECTFUL. I JUST SAID WHERE IS MY PARCEL. IMAGINE. WHAT STAR THEY DESERVE???? THEY UPDATED YESTERDAY, ATTEMTED DELIVERY, NO ONE HOME. I WAS SITTING WHOLE DAY WAITING FOR THE PARCEL AND PROOF! I HAVE MY SECURITY CAMERA OUTDOOR TO TRACK INCOMING PEOPLE. SORRY, CANPAR, NO ONE SHOWED UP. AND TRUETPILOT SAYS, DONT BE DISRESPECTFUL.
Package delayed for 30+ days and the customer service is terrible!
We are a small business, we usually ship with FedEx and UPS. Some aear Canpar shows on their website that it would be faster than the other 2. So we decided to use Canpar to ship 3 of our orders, we were thinking that we paid more for the faster delivery. But they were all delayed! The actual delivery time differs significantly from the time shown on their website. One of our packages has been delayed for over 30 days, which should be only 8 days according to their standard transit time. It still shows it's in transit after 32 days. The online chat function on their website is completely useless, absolutely terrible. It just keeps popping up random messages and is utterly pointless! So i called the customer service number, waited 59 minutes on the phone, finally a girl answered the call. Extremely rude! I told her that this package has been delayed for over 30 days, and i asked when this package will be delivered. She said this is a normal delay for the holiday season, she did not apologize for the delay, she said she has no control for how long it takes. The worst part is when i asked if i can get my shipping charge back since the package has not been delivered, and my customer has cancelled the order. She said "NO! For ground service there is no guarantee delivery, if you want your package back, you will be charged for return shipping" I said, "Are you kidding me?" She hung up on me!
Canpar has the worst delivery service of all courier companies, and its customer service is absolutely terrible. If I could, I would give Canpar a negative review with -10,000 stars.

Next day, I'm told it got routed to the wrong driver and location. CSR has no clue if it's lost or will get delivered the next day or not. Still waiting 3 days after the suggested arrival date.

Employees stealing
They picked up my package , from where it was purchased. Made it to one sorting facility then it just stayed there . So clearly one of there employees helped themselves to my package. Absolutely terrible experience. Will never use again . Had to file a claim with the shipper .

The notice on the website said they would attempt again today. No call was made. I was home all day. I don’t think they even came as I didn’t see a delivery truck at all. They marked it as “No answer”. Horrible service!

The tracking status is frustrating. There were only 6 seconds from Out for Delivery-Almost There! to Consignee Not Home. They also said drivers do not carry phones during their shift, so they can't call me when trying to deliver. They decided I wasn't home, then sent my parcel back to the shipping center and asked me to pick it up, but the location is an hour's drive from my house. I told them my doorbell is broken and the tracking status isn't accurate, so how am I supposed to know when they are attempting to deliver?

Worst shipping experience I have ever had
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service itself, even when it works properly, is mediocre at best (no call to notify you, no delivery time slot provided, impossible to reschedule if you’re not home, and a customer service team that has no effective authority over the drivers), but that’s without even considering the overall incompetence of both the drivers and support services.
My package was supposed to arrive on December 4, 2025, but the driver never knocked or rang my doorbell — furthermore, each slip was empty with no indication on next steps or fate of may package. I called customer service and was told the driver would come back the next day or on Saturday. I explained that I would be absent the following day, to which they replied that the driver would still attempt delivery the next day, or at worst on Saturday.
The next day, I received a notification saying the package had been sent to a warehouse for pickup. I called customer service again to ask why and to explain that I don’t have a car and therefore cannot pick it up. I was told that since I had missed two deliveries, I had to either go pick it up myself or pay additional fees for a redelivery. I explained the situation again, and was then told that, given the circumstances, they would send a request to the carrier to have the package redelivered, and that this would be done by Monday at the latest.
However, on Monday I received a notification saying the package was “delayed” and being held at the warehouse. I called again and, once again, was told the same thing — that a request for redelivery was sent and an attempt would be made the next day, Tuesday.
Tuesday comes, same story. I call again, and this time I am told for the first time that the carrier can “refuse” to attempt redelivery even when a request is made, and that only paying the redelivery fees would force them to deliver, since there is “proof” (...) that the driver attempted delivery on both days, and I didn't have any proof of the contrary - it was my word against theirs. After several exchanges, I finally give in and pay for a redelivery scheduled for Wednesday - essentially being asked to pay to fix their own mistake.
Wednesday: still nothing — “the weather,” I’m told. I wait.
Thursday, the package is marked as out for delivery — hurray! — but four hours later, still nothing. I check the tracking again and see that it has been returned to the warehouse because I supposedly “refused” the package. Yet, at no point did anyone come to my home, knock or ring the doorbell, and I most certainly did not refuse the delivery. This is absurd — I call customer service again, and I’m told — I quote — that “it was a driver error: while delivering a package that had been refused by the recipient at another address, the driver scanned my package instead of the refused one.” Absolutely ridiculous. I am then assured that, since it was a driver error, it will be redelivered the next day.
Except Friday arrives, and the status once again indicates that the package is delayed at the warehouse and to, "Hold for pickup” in spite of the fact that I had paid their fee and that they admitted to committing an error.
To this day, I still have not received my package.
In short, TL;DR — an incompetent service that seems to do everything in its power to avoid delivering your package.
Do not use this courrier, and avoid any company or merchant that uses their services - it will save you a massive headache.
