I did not have have any expectations
I did not have have any expectations. Nothing like this had happened to me before. As far as the claim goes everyone I spoke with was very nice but I thought it took forever to get anywhere. I guess if I had been lucky enough to be in contact with the last person that gave me instructions on what else to do it would not have taken taken as long as it did. Overall everything worked out fine.
I would recommend.

Great experience as I didn’t have any issues and the process was simple. I followed the instructions and got a follow up email of what was missing. Sent that the next day and didn’t have to do anything else. Didn’t even have to talk to anyone or argue my case. Stress free experience.

Best coverage for rental cars!
We had an incident in our rental car in Glacier National Park and Card Claims Center was our saving grace! The process to submit the claim was easy and everything was done online. Whenever I called in to check on the claim, the customer service agents were extremely helpful, professional, and personable. I am so thankful to have had this coverage and recommend anyone who rents a car to use a card that has this!

Excellent service! Exceeded expectations
This was my first time filing an accident claim for a rental car. This was through my Capital One Venture credit card (Visa Signature). The online system was very easy to use and easy to upload documents. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My claim was reviewed and processed within 10 days (as indicated on the online form). I received the reimbursement a few days later. I couldn’t have asked for a more straightforward or quick process! I was very impressed with this service!

They helped overcome Hertz's poor handling of the situation
I backed into a parked car with my Hertz rental car, and Card Benefit Services covered the damage. While Hertz did a rather bad and very irritating job of dealing with the issue, Card Benefit Services took extra steps to help overcome Hertz's incompetence. This made the experience much better.

claim took over 2 months to resolve--we did not cause the damage (car hit in parking lot when we were not present) even with this insurance and good primary insurance we were still out of pocket for over $800

Very helpful and understanding and very honest and responsive. Make sure you ask a lot of questions about all aspects (your insurance policy, notification and filing timeline, documentation to upload, etc.). They are very knowledgeable and will provide great explanations and advice, but you need to ask questions if you have not been through the claim process before.
