Thought I was SCAMMED but not so
I ordered a case. It took (4) weeks to be delivered. I actually wrote a review saying I was scammed. That is actually what I thought. However my item was delivered yesterday. I was shocked at the quality which is very good. Let’s see how it holds up. For now it looks nice and is made well. So I must retract my earlier review.

Do not buy anything from this website. They take your money and you don’t get your product. They do not answer at customer service because they do not have customer service. They should be criminally charged for fraud.

Absolute Joke! I have been waiting 2 weeks and still not received my purchase!
I have tried contacting via email and chat during this time with NO RESPONSE or acknowledgment!
I finally received a postage notification saying I have to pay 30AED plus 5% VAT on top of my purchase of 146.72AED, for it to be delivered to my address?!…

My experience with this company has been a HUGE disappointment and total rip off!!

I would give a no star rating if I could. I have emailed many times to all the email addresses I could find. I still have not received my order. The shipping Company says they sent my item back to Casefully. I have tried to use the chat, no response. Responded to the email from my order confirmation. No response. there is no phone number to call. This has been going on for almost a month. I would like a replacement sent. That is what I expect and what I deserve.

Poor I had case for three days and broke ! I need to return and they will not contact me !

I’ve reached out to customer service over ten times about the broken case and poor quality of their products. Absolutely no response to any of my emails. They have not responded to any methods of communication. Do not purchase from this seller.

Their email doesn't work. And they do give a ridiculous song and dance about your refund. I need to return my product and I can't reach anyone!!

Scam as stated by all of the other reviewers. If you read their return policy its literally gibberish and they've got it posted on their site. I got the email saying my order was processed and there's the useless order and tracking number. Item shows that it is processing… for over two months now. Many, many emails sent both through their “contact us” on their web page as well as their bogus email that gets rejected if you try to reply to it or contact them through the link that they provide in the email. They have it as casesfuly, so I also sent to casefully. Hoping someone would have sent the product, any product at this point but no product, no response. Scammed and feeling stupid!!!

The product is of poor quality and does not fit my phone. I can't get a refund. Lesson learned: Don't order through a social media site!

HORRIBLE Customer Service! All I want to do is a simple exchange...They sent the wrong size case! All of my emails bounce and I cannot get a hold of anyone! I am beyond angry!!! They need to get a hold of all of these people who are complaining about them or go out of business! Ridiculous!!

my husband bought me a phone case for my birthday. I simply want to exchange it. we have done everything their refund policy says to do, however they have NEVER responded and now they are declining the email. Use another site. Casefully.com is terrible.

I have tried email and it has bounced back every time. They sent the wrong case I wanted iPhone pro max 14 they sent 13 pro max. Will not contact it is not legit business at all

The return policy is horrible. I don't like the quality or the way the case hangs and they will not honor a return. I will never order anything from them again.

Took almost two months for them to ship the product. When it arrived, they sent the wrong product. They do not respond to emails. No customer service at all.
