Ordered a phone case
Ordered a phone case, accidentally ordered the wrong one, I sent an email straight away to correct it and before they shipped the wrong one, the next day I got an email saying the item had been posted but it was the wrong one I ordered, once arrived I sent a couple of emails asking for an exchange but no reply, have gone to PayPal to get my money back, absolutely useless

Har ikke fået min ordre bestilt d. 17/3 og når jeg følger den I transit er min vare ikke kommet videre.
Har skrevet til casefully.com men heller ingen svar her.
Hvis det er pga corona krisen bør det bare orienteres om men ingen svar på min mail spørgsmål.
