I wrote this email to the site a week ago & still no response exactly what I expected
Hi some reviews are not very favourable so I thought I should reach out first to see if legit & receive a response.

Scam! All emails bounce back. You do get what you paid for! Crap items and service

It says for iphone 16 pro max on the packagine however my phone doesn't fit! Its too small

Their contact email doesn’t work. How can you operate as a business?

I ordered an LV phone case. When I received it I couldn’t get my debit cards in the slots. They were cut too short. So this is when my emailing starts. I have sent no less than 4 emails requesting info on how to return. I have yet been contacted by them. Please be careful when using this less that reputable company.

**Scam** I bought iphone 14 pro max phone case and only used for few weeks and its already ripped out from the wallet. Tried to email but email bounced back every time and tried to live chat but no response.

Never received the cover!
Just a bloody scam of 60$
Not replying on mails
Tracking number not working
Just a pure scam

Por que solo dicen para que uno se confíe y les compre por qué nunca contestan , no se puede uno comunicar con ellos … Yo no recomiendo a nadie que les compre por qué es una compañía pirata irresponsables por qué nos engaña diciendo en su póliza que tenemos 30 días para hacer la devolución y eso en mentira ….

Ordered a case in January and it’s now April, it’s been stuck in NJ for months. I sent two emails and tried the “live chat”, LOL what a joke, NO RESPONSE!! Horrible horrible customer service! I would not suggest ordering from this site.

Ordered for the 13pro and they sent me a case for the 15pro. Not happy.

The company boasts it accepts returns writing 30 days “hassle free” returns. How much of a lie this is. I wanted to return the product when I realised I ordered the wrong size and no response. Tried again a few days later using the contact form on the website, again no reply, it’s been weeks and they have just completely ignored me. Avoid buying, the quality is terrible too

30days and items haven’t arrived…
Do not trust this company…. I’ve emailed them a number of times and no help.
My last email to them is to refund my money.
Very disappointed and angry

SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY STOLE FROM ME !!!!!!!

I thought I had been scammed because I had not gotten any response from the company concerning my order. My case arrived today and it is very well made and I am extremely happy with it.

Love my IPhone 14 LV case. I typically end up changing my case after about a month, but I’ve kept this one on ever since I got it. It’s sturdy and the print is lovely. I’ll definitely buy another one when the time comes!

I placed an order Dec 18, 2023. I have not received the order. (Jan 22, 2024) No one will respond to me. USPS says the tracking # they gave me is invalid.

This company is nothing more than a scam!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered an iphone case a week before Christmas. It is now mid January. I paid for priority shipping and some guarantee. It is still not here. Tracking shows it has been sitting in Los Angeles since January 1. I have written several e mails to the company with ZERO response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will never see your money again.

Absolutely love it! I got two cases and I was not disappointed both times. Recommend.
