The person handling the call was very patient, pleasant and asked all the right questions to get the matter resolved. The matter was resolved without being transferred to other customer service staff or referring the matter upwards to someone. I did not need to explain myself multiple times to other personnel.

I have dealt with a number of customer service staff in Castle Water and I have always had a good experience. They are well trained.

Under no circumstances deal with these people. They are very underhand and likely to over bill you and at the same act unlawfully by turning up to your premises threatening cut off when they know the invoice is disputed.
