Had to arrange transfer of new water supply
Had to arrange transfer of new water supply from South East Water to Castle Water. Supply had not been used since connection so not a current matter. After initial difficulties, Robert Boshoff, for Castle Water, took care of the requirement and arranged it successfully together with other account adjustments.

Money grabbers
After agreeing an payment plan, they then hounded my office telephone on a daily basis chasing more money, when it was agreed to be paid the following month. No amount of explaining this to the call handler worked. In the end we had to block their calls. We asked them to check their 'recorded' call for confirmation about the payment plan and they said they couldn't.

The experience was great thanks to Michelle Sek. I was online and she was prompt to take the query and efficient in dealing with it and also very helpful in explaining in a quick and efficient manner. This was a refreshing change for what I have usually experienced and I didn't feel like she was ticking boxes, she was listening and dealing with my queries appropriately.
