J'ai passé 1 mois à me battre avec le service client pour que l'on m'envoie mon colis qui est arrivé 2 mois environ (peut être même plus) après avoir commandé. Les produits ne sont pas de qualité. Les imprimés ne sont pas propres, c'est mal cousu enfin du début jusqu'à la fin c'est une catastrophe... Franchement ça ne vaut pas le coup de commander sur ce site. À fuir.

Great shopping experience and service.

Communication with Customer Service was good. Unfortunatly it Tool quiet some time until i recived my Order. The Shirt itself is Great!

1. It took around 2 months to review my order and send the package to me.
2. The quality is below average. I tried t-shirts in the shop in Porto and the quality was top-class. However I received 3 t-shirts where you can the light shines through.
I gave one star for print only.

Todo ha ido muy bien: buen producto, envío rápido y buena comunicación con la marca.

I didn’t like the quality (and the smell) of the clothes, especially if compared to their price.
Nevertheless the costumer service has been so nice and helpful, I appreciated it!
I hope they can improve the quality of the materials, because I like their ideas and design.

The order took way to long, more or less 2 months. And the client support is not proactive. I have to be the one always asking for updates on a paid order.

Love the t shirts.
Long shipping times and the need for greater transparency on duties to be paid at the end of the shipping process.

I DID NOT GET MY ITEM. SCAM!

On the 12th August, I added my review saying that this is scam: "1. I received my order after few weeks of waiting. I received only 2 of 3 t-shirts I ordered.
2. Quality was poor - t-shirts smelled horrible. They are definitely produced in China and are worth not more than 10 bucks (I paid CHF 96).
3. I had to pay CHF 25 in addition - customs, which seems way to high since order value was CHF 96.
4. I returned the 2 of 3 ordered items as I agreed with the store (help@catharsisbrand). I sent it on 24th July. When returning I had to pay again CHF 25 customs. As of today (12 August) I still haven't received a refund. I contacted the same email address and I received information that "Your message couldn't be delivered to help@catharsisbrand. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now."

I received an Reply from Catharsis Brand on Aug 20, 2024 saying: "Hi Anna! We are sorry that your purchase and return experience was not as you expected, we apologise for that. We have sent you an email so that we can resolve the issue immediately."

I received an email informing me that "Your order has been refunded".

Well, it never happened. I ordered 3 items, I got only 2 with questionable quality. I followed instructions to return this shipment paying at post office CHF 25. It came back to me with reason that it was not picked up by the company. I asked Catharsis why it happened and they were surprised, since they receive mail regularly. They asked me send it again but I am not goin to to to that because I would need to pay again CHF 25. I paid for 3 t-shirts CHF 96 plus CHF 25 for picking up at post office (customs) plus CHF 25 for sending it back.
I will have to talk to authority if I can do anything to get my money back. Catharsis is the worst firm I have ever dealt with.

Great quality and I love the pieces, I personally am not a huge fan of unisex fits but I saw that you have women’s sizes too with your new collection, so that’s great
