Deceiving
I ordered a sweat because I really like the concept. But after 2 weeks I had to ask for a refund because they didn't know when they would be able to send my order and I was done waiting. I had no warning that they had issues with the production and it would take time.
I put 3 stars instead of 1 just because they answered my questions by email quickly and the person said sorry. But I'll never know if the clothes are nice. And I don't want to try again.
They need to fix their issues and be more professional.

Although the shirt I initially ordered was defective, the team at Catharsis responded very promptly and replaced it for me. Very polite service and quick response. The shirt looks just like in the photos, and the fabric is very comfortable and soft.

While I really appreciate the design, I've noticed that some of the stamps tend to come off easily after a few washes. Additionally, the fabric loses its shape after the first use and doesn't maintain a straight line.
