Good Ending: Waiting forever to ship and finally got the product
This is my 3rd and most likely final purchase. I was more than happy to support their product even if they always ship later than promised. But this time i placed my order on 12 Oct for Veil and recieved constant emails about the product being out of stock and when its coming back in stock but then its out of stock again despite being assured ill get the next shipment. Ive seen reviews of others ordering later than me but getting their products quicker and imagine how i feel. I can wait and i can understand your issues but you cant keep failing on your words and put me on the restocking game. I can absolutely see another stock shortage with December looming over the corner, this was supposed to be a gift in late Oct and was pushed back many times and i dont even have the confidence that it will ship before christmas. Its disheartening
UPDATE 10Dec/25 : Received the glasses FINALLY on Dec 3rd on time as a Christmas gift. It was originally a housewarming gift but that deadline was gone and I got a backup gift ready. Imagine my RELIEF that i dont have to get another plan b gift for christmas. Chamelo Support James contacted me this time and finally my order shipped out in their November batch. I have no issues with product quality and it actually looks and feel like expensive shades (Aura and Veil) So far my relatives has been wearing Aura for half a year with no issue. Chamelo have been sincere enough to offer me a discount for the long wait and delivered a quality product so I will still rate them 4 stars and hopefully 5 stars in the future if they solve their stock/production issues not measuring up to the demand. Thanks both Aira and James for following through with my order and make it an overall satisfied experience.

I try 2 music shild and have to returned because malfunction and then pay a little bit more and get the aura and the same story have to send it back 1 of the lens do not work.
But the customer service team work fast they refund all the money fast.

My glasses brake the first week from the side leg there too thin or something. I call customer they took lomg time to get back to send me the information to send it for warranty. At the end I payed the shipping cost and everything too get it fix. The glass is not a good quality. I collect sun glasses. More than 100

Terrible customer service and customer exchange.
I started the process to exchange my sunglasses after they broke back in February. It would take around a month to get a reply even after the forms were filled out online. After sending multiple emails It still did not matter and would only get a reply back once a Month. I started the exchange process on another pair as well since the lenses were not working they seemed to have black spots that developed bigger and bigger. Same issue during that process too. After I received the sunglasses they broke again after 2 uses. The ear frame just broke off after I took them off my head no fall never dropped never damage. 2 uses later i just sent my email regarding it breaking last Monday. Still not one email back.

I ordered Dusk sunglasses from Chamelo Eyewear on the 30th of June this year. I have failed to receive the product or a refund. I have sent them more than 13 emails, and they keep saying, "We will issue your refund," but that's totally a lie. They are 100% untrustworthy. Please don't purchase anything from Chamelo. SCAM!

Product is cheap and easily breaks. When I filed for replacement and warranty they said they couldnt find the email address so they cannot process replacement. I will not recommend you buy the product.

They where broken when they got to me
The first day I got them they were cracked and didn’t work because a bubble formed in the lens because of it. I put in return ticket and no one reached out. I have pictures and receipts of the dates on my order. I just want a refund waist of my money

Poor Quality Products and Extremely Slow Customer Service (Initially)
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Chamelo. I ordered a pair of sunglasses that arrived defective right out of the box. I immediately contacted customer service, but their response time was painfully slow, it took days or even weeks to get a reply each time. After waiting for assistance, they sent me a replacement pair, but that one was also defective.
The delays and poor communication from Chamelo made this entire process extremely frustrating. If their customer service had responded promptly, this issue could have been resolved well within the 30-day warranty period. Instead, I was left waiting for long stretches with no resolution.
To make things worse, they made me pay $16.69 for a shipping label because they were having problems generating one on their end. I was told I would be reimbursed for it, but I never received my money back. Despite multiple follow-ups and promises, I’m still waiting.
Now, they refuse to process a refund for the sunglasses because they claim my request is outside the 30-day window, even though their slow response time is exactly what caused the delay. They offered to send another replacement, but after receiving two defective pairs, I’ve completely lost confidence in their products.
This has been a terrible experience from start to finish, poor product quality, lack of accountability, and very poor customer service. I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from Chamelo.

After posting my initial review detailing the issues I experienced, James from the Chamelo Customer Support Team reached out to me right away and personally addressed all of my concerns. He processed a full refund for my sunglasses and also reimbursed me for the $16.69 shipping label I paid for during my first return attempt.
James demonstrated exceptional customer service, he was prompt, communicative, and genuinely committed to resolving the situation. I really appreciate the level of support he provided, and I wish the earlier stages of this process had reflected the same level of responsiveness.
While my original experience was frustrating, I want to acknowledge the effort James made to make things right. Thank you again for the assistance.

Complete fraud
I ordered the Dragon sunglasses in late May, hoping that I would have them in plenty of time for summer vacation. It is now November 10th and I have never received them. In the interim, I have received several emails about running out of stock, promises that my order would be filled with the next restock, etc. etc. Then in September received a shipping notice. They never arrived, but the Chamelo team blamed the Canada Post strike. Now the strike is over and all my other Canada Post packages have come repeatedly, I notice that the shipping link says that the shipping notice was received, but there is no indication the package was received. I have finally emailed and asked for full refund...radio silence. Unfortunately, I feel like it is a complete fraud.
Thankfully wrote this review…they then took action and sent me a pair of glasses Asap. Unfortunate that this is what it took. The glasses are nice but it wasn’t worth the hassle and extended delay.

Disappointed
Disappointed. I was contacted twice by Chamelo team for an Influencer collaboration, asked me to fill the contract form on 2 different occasions and then emailed to select the products. But after that I haven’t heard from them. Its really unprofessional on this brands end

Still waiting…
I placed my order on 10/14/25 I have sent several emails and all I get is some generic response about high volume sales. I was ready to buy multiple pairs but unfortunately thus far have not had a good experience. I will update my review if I ever receive my order.
Update 11/3 - I received an email from upper management with a 24-48 hour promise that my purchase would be shipped. I feel some relief and will remain optimistic, for now. stay tuned, update to follow.

I have to say this was a rough start. I want to thank Jason with Chamelo customer support for making sure you kept the promise of a 24-48hr turnaround. Today I received my glasses and could not be happier with my purchase.

Did not arrive, company does not respond
Ordered additional chargers for my sunglasses. Never arrived. No response from company to multiple emails. Absolutely disgusted. Buyer beware as this stuff isn’t cheap.
I have received a reply saying they have been communicating and to provide a different email. Their first communication came through just fine and it’s not a work email that I’m using. I will email them again w an alternative & update. Update: finally got resolution. They didn’t send my order as they’d run out of the particular usb connection cables. I still feel they were very slow to communicate this. Later they report my somewhat aggressive spam filter prevented additional communication, but it has now been sorted and apparently the items are finally en route. Final rating 4/5 - I dock a star because of their initial glacial pace dealing with issue with order that led to whole delay and miscommunication.

Defective product, no response from support
I ordered the Chamelo Shield directly from chamelo.com at the end of September.
The glasses arrived defective — the tinting function doesn’t work and they won’t charge (the red LED lights up briefly and turns off).
I immediately contacted support and filled out the warranty claim form, but I haven’t received any response or solution for over a week.
Very disappointing for a product at this price. Still waiting for a replacement or refund.
