Just a joke have emailed 5 times no receipt on.there system no reply and no phone number impossible inefficient and not helpful

Installation by Rob was excellent. No problems.
Communication between point of purchase and installation could have been more forthcoming by very good once I reached out.

Shocking experience. They couldn't fit the EV charger within the timeslot advertised so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I Didn't hear from them so followed up on 6 separate occasions. On 15th Jan I was informed that my cancellation had been processed on 5th Jan and in line with their refunds policy the funds would be showing in my account by 19th Jan 2026. Today 20th Jan and despite 2 further attempts to contact them the refund hasn't arrived in my account.

Terrible company.

Pressured on the phone from sales reps to have the charger fitted. Agreed to the install and paid a deposit. When I looked around companies fitting the same at over £200 cheaper. Cancelled my install with chargpoint ev and agreed a refund which states. 3% deduction on refunds which is fair. To then find out £40 additional deduction for their time.

Chased refund for nearly 5 weeks to receive it today with over £43 deducted.

Stay clear of these cowboys.

Been waiting for our deposit to be refunded since Christmas.. emails ignored, can never get through to staff via website chat or phonecalls …

*UPDATE* I got through to them today and was told we were missed off their refund list (was told at the beginning of the month 5-7days for the refund to come into the account and that they would email me to confirm this would be done today) had no email as of yet.. further details to support the review sent to company to validate the review

Amazing service, very easy to get early appointments compared to other providers and Andrew the guy who installed my charger is very friendly and professional.

I had to do a bit of chasing up with the company after paying up front for the installation, but finally received a date for install.
Robert carried the installation in a neat tidy professional manner.

Just got my chargepoint installed, everything was quick and easy and was kept informed throughout the process. Connor was the installer and he was fantastic at completing the job, 5 star!

Good and fast service

They emailed me shortly after installation stating earth wasn't connected properly!

I tried phoning & emailing with no response. I only want them to make it safe.

Great installation by Robert. Very clean and neatly fitted. Friendly service and helpful advice. Would highly recommend.

Engineer was brilliant, very understanding of relative with dementia.

Not a great start as they moved my original booking after I had booked a day off work but actual man who installed it was very lovely and made sure it was super neat and tidy so very happy with installation. Communication from office could be better.
