Had my charger fitted this morning by Richard, arrived as expected, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience getting my EV charger installed. The whole process was smooth from start to finish—professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. The installer took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the setup was neat and tidy. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it was all done efficiently without cutting corners. I’m really pleased with the result and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable EV charger installation.

Still waiting for a refund of nearly £1000 after 13 days.

The company are too proactive in trying to get your business but soon as you request a refund, communication dries up.

I sent the first order cancellation email on the 24 Aug 25 followed by another to the agent who was dealing with my order on the 26 Aug 25. Before this, the agent (Thomas) was always quick to respond to questions about a home charger. Surprisingly, I did not get a reply from him when requesting to cancel my order, but a phone call confirming the cancellation and stating the refund would be processed in 7 working days.

It’s been 13 working days since that phone call and still waiting. When trying to call them, there is no answer from accounts or ‘other help’.

Very disappointed in the attitude and I will be seeking consumer advice.

EV charger was installed by Robert, who was polite and professional.

Lovely person was very accommodating. The best bit was Robert entertained my son whilst I was working.
