I would like to provide some positive feedback for Claudia from the CHEC who was dealing with my Endoscopy appointment. Claudia was extremely helpful, friendly and professional when I called. She efficiently arranged my endoscopy consultation with the nurse as well as my hospital appointment, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.
She was prompt, patient and very pleasant throughout the conversation, and I really appreciated how quickly she dealt with everything. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Claudia!

The whole team at CHEC Blackpool were on point from the two ladies on reception, the pre-treatment nurse, the operating theatre nurses, the anaesthetist the eye surgeon, and the post-op nurse. The whole team did a great job and were thorough and pleasant to deal with. It was my first cataract op, so I was a little nervous beforehand but it all went very well and I felt fine during the operation. A+++

Emily organised my blood results and appointment. Took all the stress out of it.
